 Ch 12 Scene: Bio II class

“Jeezus…fuck!” Edward hissed, clenching his teeth as his fangs punched from his gums. His hands were balled into fists on the science table, his fingernails digging into the palms of his hands as he growled.

Mr. Banner’s head snapped up at Edward’s outburst. “Mr. Cullen…” he eyed Edward with a scowl, “…since you and Miss Swan are apparently finished with the assignment, you may write your answers on the board under group number three.”

“Ah fuck!” Edward cursed under his breath.

I squeezed my lips together to contain my laughter as I glanced down at Edward’s crotch. His pants were so tented that they were about to burst open from his straining, throbbing cock. He was so hard and big that I thought that he was going to cum at this instant.

“Mr. Cullen? We don’t have all afternoon. Would you please?” Mr. Banner stuck out his hand, wanting Edward to take the blue dry erase marker.

Scene: Ben's party

I nodded and wiggled out of Edward’s embrace, causing him to hiss from the loss of contact. I cautiously made my way to the DJ, dodging the large vampires along the way that moved vigorously to the beat of the music. Crimson eyes immediately locked onto me as I passed by some male vampires that were eyeing me curiously and some lustfully. Their huge bodies were propped up against the walls as they brought the lips of their Blood Beer bottles up to their mouths and took big swigs. I even noticed a couple making out in the far left corner, growling and snarling as the male felt her up. I stretched up on my toes, chewing on my lip anxiously as I looked around for the DJ. It was a futile effort trying to glance over the tall and immense bodies, but a few moments later I successfully found my desired target.

The vampire DJ who had a shaved head and a black goatee, snapped his gaze to me as he heard me approach. He grinned momentarily before he spoke, “You have a request?” He arched a pierced eyebrow at me, stroking the point of his pearly white fang with his thick tongue.

I promise it will be really soon. My beta told me last night that she started working on the chapter.

Aww thank you!!! I pomise I'm working on it. It shouldn't be much longer, maybe a few more days (4) or so. I got a bit distracted last night when a reader told me about my other story that I write with Thaigher Lillie called Living Amongst Hell being plagiarized. Soooo it took an emotional toll on me a bit, but I'm fighting through it. I will have the next update up asap though.

Thank you, but there is progression. The Bella ten chapters ago would not be sharing her feelings with her family. she would't have sat in that coffee shop and talked with Renee. She never would have let Emmett comfort her. She's asking questions, questions she wasn't prepared to get to ask and she's trying. It just can't be rushed. I know she'd depressed and whiny but she's a teenager who has had her entire life altered. She can't just bounce back to being Happy Bella, especially when there were always those questions lingering under the surface.

The ground around her was soft, softer than she remembered when she fell. Bella kept her eyes closed; if the animals that attacked were still around, she thought it was best if she played dead. After all, she had been passed out for who knows how long and she was still alive, lying still was her best bet.

She strained to listen, and when she didn't hear any noises, she opened her eyes. Bella gasped when it wasn't the open sky she saw but what appeared to be a roof of rock. Her surroundings were dark but not pitch black. It had been dusk when she ran from Ben, and the fact that it still was told her she hadn't been out long, or else it was days.  It hadn't felt like days.

She didn't have time to notice the small hole that was the only way in or out of the spacious cave or the fact that she was laying on a bed of moss, because a large snout came over her face and sniffed.

 Here is a teaser for the next chapter.

“I won’t ever forget you,” she said to him, her eyes filling with tears. The words were strong and true, she knew that no matter where her life took her, there would never be anyone like Edward.

She turned to leave and felt him close behind. Wordlessly, she faced him and held up her hand. She took a few steps backwards, and once she was sure he would stay, she spun and walked into the woods. Needing to put a little distance between them, she broke into a light jog, and followed the path she knew led to the water.

Once she hit the bank, she slowed down, tears falling from her eyes. She reached up and smeared the wetness, and when she caught a movement out of the corner of her eye, she startled. The russet wolf walked up and sat down in front of her, looking at her sadly.
