Here's how I imagine the meeting of Logan and Bella would go. Hope it makes you laugh.

Bella: What do you know about my mother?

Logan: What do you mean?

Bella: I see her in your memories. What do you know about my mother? You know. Jean.

Logan: Oh! How old are you?

(Bella says her age). 

(Logan starts counting). (Reaction of disbelief as memories of what happened between the two of them happened nine months before).

Logan: I am your father. Then that means... (Remembers what he did to Jean--stabs her).

Bella: No...no...no...(Her reaction knowing that her father killed her mother).
