I'm so glad you liked it. At first, Alice didn't see anything because she doesn't see human's well and never having met the Masens, she didn't see their decisions to find a picture of Edward or sending it to Bella. She didn't see Bella's decision to look up the Quileute website Jacob gave her the address of because Bella never even considered confronting Edward or any of them with what she would learn. Bella's decision didn't impact any of the Cullens, so Alice never saw it. HOWEVER, in this chapter, Bella did consider-however briefly-calling Tanya and asking her point blank about whether they could eat food. That, Alice saw. But like Tanya, Alice knows it's not her place to say anything to Edward. No matter how well intentioned or how much they love Edward, Bella's and his relationship and what they chose to tell each other or when is none of their business. They support but don't interfere. That's my feeling about it. But this part of the story is very short. Circumstances will arise very soon which will force Edwards hand, but don't worry, it's not yet another near escape from being crushed by a car. Thanks for reviewing!

The clues are building up. But remember, we're already in mid-February, so Bella's been there for several weeks already. The clues are building up, but they're spaced out. It's not a daily thing. I don't think Edward can help himself but drop hints, really. Even if he can't yet admit it, he wants her to know him. Bella will learn the truth very soon, in just a couple more chapters. I hope that after all the time I've kept you all waiting, you'll like how I drop the bomb on her. So far, none of the scenarios anyone has mentioned in reviews is right.

Edward’s little sister Alice was also 13 and Bella’s best friend.
While home from college for the summer, Edward spent time with his little sister and her best friend so their parents could all go out for dinner.
Over the next several years, Edward and Bella became good friends, until the summer she turned 16 when she transformed before his eyes.
AH, ExB, Mostly EPOV, sort of coming-of-age, hopefully a little poignant, with a splash of angst until Bella's at least seventeen. Mature for language, eventual lemons and a very spunky Bella.
