Oh Wow I do think even though Bella needs to know whats going on, there has to be a way of telling her without endangering her and the babies, especially now that Edward is in the hospital. I trully hate Esme, it isn't Edwards fault that Bella almost lost the babies, yes it's the whole stress thing but she isn't making anything better by stressing more.
