There was a lot in this chapter. I'm not sure how much Edward likes Bella being more comfortable with sex. Did he like it better when he had to work more to make her more comfortable? Is her new found ease in her own body somehow a threat to him, his manhood? I hope not. Not sure what to think about Carlisle and Elizabeth. She says she just wanted to get away, but I think she likes him courting her again.....what a world. It certainly is entertaining!

I think Edward has a good sense about what happened to CJ and the rest who got busted....he seems to be intuitive about those things.  What's with Jasper? Jealous of Riley? Riley and Alice? WTF?  I didn't know they had a past.....guess I missed that.... I'm glad you updated this and that you will finish it. Get to finishing your stories when and don't feel pressures. You seem to be a feisty enough woman to not let pressure get to you about this. You  just advised a young writer to write for himself. Take your own advice and do what feels right. I, for one, am grateful for what you choose to give us. It's for fucking free!! 

Ok, well here you go again!  Happily surprised to see this up so soon. I've know a lot of guys who had trouble adjusting to RL after coming out of the service.....Edward kind of seems like that a bit....I'm glad he's NOT hooking up with Alice, that she wants to  him to help her get with Jasper.  I still do not like Jake or the way he treats Bella. Why does she let him treat her like that? It pisses me off....

I think that moment in time when he could have chosen otherwise has just passed. Still  he seems like he thinks for himself....maybe who his dad was will get him an in with them, whether he wants it or not, and maybe his Marine training will serve him in other ways. I am growing fond of this story...

Oh I have no intention of being hard on Bella...She recognizes the mutual attraction, but being so young, deals with it by throwing herself at him!  The dance has indeed begun! Now I know that Edward, being a 22 year old horndog, wants, needs, to get some relief here. I just think he's got that separated right now from his heart and wants to keep it that way. It's simpler, you know, to just get laid than to deal with things of the heart!  I love the dance and relish all the steps along the way! You've got another winner here, darling!

Thanks for the warning about the heavy chapters ahead. This one was full of longing and desire...I really like how Edward thinks. He's torn between his attraction, his wanting, of Bella for everything and his fear that possessing her now may lead to the loss of friendship later....This guy doesn't have, hasn't had, much consistancy in his life except for the Marine Corps and wants to keep Jasper and Bella in his life...

He's in....that's it.  Good riddance to Jacob!  No, strike that. Bad riddance!

She's a mess! But she's out of THAT danger, now....I noticed Edward's realization that some of the reason she latched on to him so quickly when he came back was to avoid being alone with Jacob. That's understandable, she's very young. Hopefully she'll eventually let go of the blame and realize that it wasn't her fault. I don't think she's there yet. I hope Jasper and Edward don't lose their friendship over this. That would really be a shame....

Had to laugh at Riley.....doggin' it with some other man's wife. LOL!  It made me feel soft and mushy inside in a good way to hear that Edward felt good about having Bella and Jasper to care about, as in like  having a family....

She's letting Alice and Rosalie influence  her too much about Edward. She knows what he's like with her and it's just their business. I guess any almost 19 year old is like that. wow that was some chapter! the whole story of Carlisle, Esme, Ed, and Liz....the real story. I think it was the right thing to do. Edward needed to know. Now maybe he can have a chance at a relationship with his mom, knowing she did want him. It's not a shock to me that the boss wants Edward to be his successor....what does Edward really want?  Poor Jasper....his first kill....no longer a virgin!  It was a very satisfying chapter, over all....

Can't wait to meet Mom, now that I know the back story.  The baby stuff is cute as can be!  I hope I live to see my great-grandbabies....

She's so young! She reacts like a very young woman does.  She's all over the place, emotionally....she needs him to feel whole. I know those feelings. I get that. It's a place woman are taught is their right place to be....not necessarily with any spoken words, but maybe just expectations....It doesn't make the feelings any less real or strong.  I hope she learns to have that within herself one day and gets to hang on to Edward. He's messed up in his own way. Those years in prison kind of stunted his emotional growth in a way, which makes them matched in their roller coaster emotions. I do love reading about all the fucking they do....
