I already left this review on FF.net, but I just love this chapter so much that I can't resist leaving it again.
If I could only use one word to describe this chapter, it would be "beautiful". This was truly beautiful, and all the more so due to how these characters have acted in the previous chapters. Seeing them act like this with each other had such a great impact because of how different it was from their normal behaviour.
You've done a really great job of slowly introducing these new feelings between these two, and as I've already said, it was beautiful how this first "new" interaction between them played out.
I especially liked this:
-“I’m not going home,” I whispered as our foreheads leant together.
“I know. You’re staying with me,” he said as he took my hand gently."
I honestly gasped just a little when I read that, because it was so unexpectedly sweet and lovely.
And the lemon that followed was really perfect; I loved how they didn't want to stop kissing each other, and the new feel of vulnerability that they both showed really shone a beautiful (really can't stop saying that, haha) light on the whole chapter.
I really, really loved it and I can't wait to see where it will lead. I'm not gonna lie, I am a bit nervous as to how this whole bet thing is going to play out, but at the same time I'm really looking forward to finding out.
Great job on this chapter, really. You should be really proud of what you've created here :)

Ahh, I love Jasper and Alice - they're too sweet. And while Alice sure is a chatterbox, I didn't mind listening to her story; I've been curious about it all throughout the previous chapters, due to the little hints and moments Bella's been aware enough to see.
Favourite moment in this chapter?
He answered me the way that I wanted him to answer every question I’d ever asked him. His hand reached up to my face, tucking my hair behind my ear as a small smirk spread across his face and he chuckled lightly just before he put his lips to mine.
I always wanted one of those perfect kisses. The kind you see in old black and white movies when the music gets all loud and the woman looks divine and the guy looks dashing. I accepted stuff like that just didn’t exist because the real world wasn't like that. I was wrong. This was my perfect kiss; our perfect kiss. Alice Brandon’s moment.
When he pulled away I couldn’t open my eyes.
“You’re late,” I whispered, leaning in to kiss him again.
He kissed me back, this time a little faster so that we fell into the wall behind me.
“I’m sorry,” he breathed, cupping my face with his hands.
I was breathless, I was speechless. There was only one thing that had to happen next.
“We’re leaving,” I said, taking his hand and leading him to the exit.
So sweet! I love these two, I really do. I also really liked how Bella made Alice, and us readers, "land back in the present" when Alice started getting a bit too detailed for our Bella - awesome writing technique there.
And lastly: Bella, NOOO! Don't go on the date!!! Please??? Talk to Edward - it has to be some sort of misunderstanding! Don't go on the date!!!!!!!!
*sigh* It's not going to be that easy, is it? Oh well, that's what makes this story so great, isn't it? Still, I am not looking forward to the potential HF that this might result in. I hope they can work it out in the end.
Great work on this, really. I loved this chapter, and I love Alice and Jasper. Hopefully they'll be able to stay New York Alice and Jasper, and not revert to Forks Alice and Jasper.
Can't wait for the next chapter! (I'm greedy, I know, but I really can't help it! This story is just that good!)

Oh my god, I don't even know what to say! I didn't see this kind of thing happening for a few chapters yet, and then you go and make it happen! And it was so perfect for these two - I loved how Edward "manned up" as you said, and I look forward to seeing his POV of the events.
I loved how you incorporated this:
"I don't care. I trust you," he said quietly.
I sniffed and shook my head slowly. "Don't."
I liked that it was Bella who said it instead of Edward, and that he was the one who could be brave enough to acknowledge, out loud, what they have going on between them. As I said, this "manning up" will be very interesting to see.
Amazing chapter, as always. I enjoyed this greatly, so thank you.

Two chapters left?? Oh, this makes me sad :( But if things keep going like they are now, this will be a good place to end this amazing story.
As long as there is some more boinking, I'll be happy.
As for this chapter: I think I just fell in love with this Edward. I adored how he internalised his way through the Bella-issue and came to his conclusion that they needed each other. Thank you for giving us his perspective of this very important event in their relationship too.

Aaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! Oh, I loved this chapter - these two stubborn asses make for a very entertaining and hot story, you know ;)
I'm sad that it's coming to an end, but all good things must. Or so I have been told, anyway. I'm looking forward to how you tie this masterpiece together in the end.
