Wow, I loved EPOV. He was so emotional and raw. You dont often see men get sick and cry in stories. Although RL human men are prone to emotions too. So it was nice to see a real reaction from E. I loved his inner monologue promising to go to church after finding the tracking devise. Cant wait for the next chapter!!! ANy idea how many chapters are left?

Oh no, is there something wrong with Edward? I was all le sigh indeed that was hot and now you have me worried.

Whoa, Edward was a virgin? I read this story years ago and thought I remembered him sleeping with a couple of girls while he was at school. I'm thrilled to find out he actually didn't sleep with anyone else. 

Although, wowsers 3x of amazing for his first time. Bella majorly lucked out. 

I'm a little concerned over Kylie's development. At 2 she definitely shouldn't be falling off changing tables. And still only speaking in single words.. Seems so much younger than her age. 

I gotta be honest, this last chapter felt completely out of left field. We were days away from Bella moving home and Edward went after Rachel for the ring back and now we have the mob involved, a murder, and witness protection... It feels like a completely different story. 

With Rachel calling him as many times as she did and actively trying to get him back I was expecting her to play some part in things. It felt like that was leading up to something since such a big deal was being placed on the ring or the money. Then it just fizzled and the mob stuff came out. Very odd.

If I pretend that the last two chapters didn't happen and that the story actually ended after they reconciled at Alice and Japers wedding then it feels more complete. That last add on stuff just confused the heck out of me. 

Aside from that I enjoyed the story. I think they both made mistakes and could have handled things better but it was still enjoyable. 

Am I detecting a note of a possible Tanya/Charlie? (I know it's totally inappropriate due to the nature of things, but I had a little giggle at the thought of Tanya becoming Edwards mother-in-law - then he really would be a MF'er. Ok, back to serious now.)

I hate that Edward is making assumptions and once again making decisions for Bella. They'll never make it until he sees her as an equal and talks to her allowing HER to have a say in her own life instead of him forcing his will on her. In a way it's kinda ironic that Edward hated the way everyone took away Bella's free will and forced their own opinions on her and yet he is doing that to her now too. Granted he has good intentions, but still ...

I want to shake all of them because you can hear Edwards comments about Bella and the baby and his assumption that she had an abortion. While to others it sounds like he is acknowledging her desire to keep the pregnancy. He's going to feel like an idiot once he realizes. I wonder who will realize first that Edward is going on the assumption that there in no longer a baby. I hope it's Emmett. Bella laid into Emmett and set him straight so I hope he is able to return the favor. 

I really will scream if Edward goes and offers Tanya comfort while she is dealing with PTSD yet leaves Bella abandoned because he is convinced she is 'confused' and therefore he knows better. Grr. 

Poor Tanya. What a horrible nightmare. I was gritting my teeth praying it was in fact a nightmare. I'm surprised the girls are being left alone though. You would think they would have round the clock security going. 

How long do you intend to keep Edward and Bella apart? Real time wise as well as chapter wise? For that matter how many chapters do you see the rest of the story having?

I'm glad that Alice is adjusting to life in the outside. I didnt know who to feel more embarrassed for about her period though. Alice seemed fine with it, poor Jasper though. Then to run to mom and dad like that. That had to be awkward.

I'm glad Jasper plans to talk to Edward. He's right, enough is enough. I really hope Bella doesn't just take him back though, although she probably will since she seems far too accommodating about everything. I get that he was abused too, but I don't see how his was worse than everyone else's or that he should be given a free pass.

I'll probably skip next chapter if its just going to be Tanya. I know she was abused too but I still keep going back to how she was right there with Victoria sporting happy smiles while watching Bella get abused. Then knowing Edward is being so caring with her making sure her needs are met and moving her into his home ... I get it.. sort of.. Doesn't help that that I went back and reread a few spots to jog my memory so her absolute glee over Bella's abuse and then the chapter (27?) where Edward has marathon sex with her, that had nothing to do with collecting samples, is fresh in my mind. I ache for Bella at the thought of possibly hearing Tanya's screams of extacy while she herself was being tortured. 

I'm guessing it would be a cross between Stockholmes and Florence Nightingale that will keep everyone connected. 

I think I'm just feeling bitter that everyone seems to be getting to move on with their lives and find their HEA while Bella has been abandoned. I've suffered with PTSD and I've been pregnant so I can only imagine the pain of combining the two *while* the love of your life walks out on you. Maybe that'll be better once Edward ever decides to grace Bella with his appearance. I wish I knew how it was all going to play out. I really don't think I'd be able to forgive him if he stays gone until after the babies are born. That really would feel like he's only with her for the babies. 

I am happy for Alice though. She deserves some happiness. I'm not sure about her being a mother anytime soon though. 

Ok, where to begin ... I'm still disappointed in Edward. He didnt make the decision that he was back for good until he saw Bella's pregnant belly. That makes me so sad. I am glad though that he acknowledged that while he was unhappy about her making a major (assumed) descion without consulting him. He basically did the same thing to her. Although his big descion still seems like a punishment for her assumed big decision. At least he has realized the mistake he made even if he doesn't realize the full magnitude of it yet. 

I'm trying really hard to ignore his concern over Tanya. I guess they'll always be bonded due to being on the island together. I still think she is too involved with their lives. I know from the previous authors note you counted her as a positive influence for Alice so I'm guessing she is there to stay. *I* couldn't imagine a situation where I would even consider her a positive influence. But that's just me. 

What the heck was up with Edward assuming Bella would go to his apartment? Did he forget he gave it to Tanya? I know Bella is being a martyr about everything but even she didnt think it was a good idea for her and Tanya both to be there and since he made it clear he wanted Tanya there ....

He was upset that Emmett was "moving in on his girl"? He should be thanking his lucky stars that someone was looking out for Bella after he abandoned her. We all know the reason Emmett is going there. But in Edwards mind Bella was no longer pregnant and was single and many times he thought about what a catch she was. So did he really think she would stay single. That even though he left her no one else would want her?

I see he figured out she is still pregnant but no one let him in on the tidbit about it being twins. That should really rub some salt in there when he fully realizes what he abandoned. Plus if anyone tells him what Jessica said and what people in town most likely though that he knocked her up and abandoned her. Makes my heart hurt for Bella. Pregnancy is hard enough without adding being abandoned on top of it. Edward has a lot to atone for. 

I skipped the last chapters due to my obvious Tanya dislike. But I did give a quick skim to see if there was any E/B progress. I was proud of Bella making the decision that enough was enough and it was time for her to start acting like a mother. Though if anyone deserved time to wallow at all it would have been her. She seems like she's finally decided to stop waiting around for Edward to bring her her HEA though and has realized she's going to have to save herself and make a life for her twins. 

I guess that's good though. Once she has found the courage to stand on her own is when Edward decides to grace her with his presence. Hopefully that means she will stay strong and recognize he needs to work for it before just flying into his arms. Don't get me wrong, I WANT them together. I just think he has put everyone else above her and now he needs to prove that she and the babies will be his priority. This will be an on going pain. Even years down after they have ahead years of happiness together he will still deal with the ramifications of his actions. The next time Bella gets pregnant he will be reminded how he left her alone when she needed him most. When his girls grow up and get married and have babies he'll think about how he was gone for the pregnancy and how he would absolutely castrate a man who dare abandon his babies the way he abandoned their mother. Action and reaction. Everything has long term consequences. 

I've been checking this page since 5pm yesterday hoping for an update. I was just about to go to bed but decided to check once more. I'm thankful for an early update even if things didnt go exactly how I had hoped. Hopefully you'll still find a way to give them their HEA though. Just please with sugar on top don't make it an HEA where Bella is a doormat. She's come through too much to allow herself to be pushed around and made to feel like she is second best. Everyone deserves to be someone's first choice. Edward needs to prove to Bella that she IS his first choice. And bella needs to settle for nothing less than being his first choice. 

Will the next update be in 2 weeks or are you going to try for 1 week again?

Are we going to have a little cabin baby? I doubt Edward has packed condoms and it's not like Bella is in the pill. Hmmmm ...

Seriously? She thinks Charlie is in his 30's AND thinks his *daughter* is in *her* 30's as well?!

What the heck?! After everything that happened he still went to the hotel with her???? What kind of parent doesn't even call to check in on their sick child?? I thought for sure Edward was going to give Tanya the boot NOT take her to a hotel. I'm hoping it's simply a matter of the breakup taking longer than expected. Turning off his phone and being unavailable when you have a seriously ill child is just unacceptable though!
