Bella Swan works as a nurse at Cook County Hospital in the ER. She's older and desperate for love. It's hindered by her shy personality and plump body. Her father, whom she lives with, teases her relentlessly for being fat and single.
Edward Cullen, thirty-three, is hired as a doctor in the ER. He's getting over a divorce. He moved to Chicago to be closer to his family: sister, Rosalie, and brother, Jasper. Rosalie is younger than Edward by ten years and is struggling with an eating disorder brought on by a heinous rape of her ex-boyfriend. Jasper, twenty-seven, is finishing up his doctorate in history.
Bella is charmed by this new doctor in the ER. He's kind and thinks about his patients and maintains a friendly rapport with the nurses and orderlies. Edward is intrigued by the sad nurse who does her job efficiently but doesn't have a sparkle in her eyes.
Will she allow Dr. Cullen into her life or will she let her insecurities get in the way of her happiness. Perhaps, Dr. Feelgood can write her a prescription. A prescription for love...

You blow me away with every chapter. The last three have been beyond amazing. Your damion character is my favorite right now. He is so complex. He wants yet he doesn't. Plus I still think lau screwed him up and it should be found out. Bella needs something to do with that justice.
Should damion join? I don't think so. In some ways I want him to crash and burn. I don't want to see him and Edward have a boss employee relationship. He isn't like sonny and can't keep those seperated.
Keep up the amazing work and thank you for adding this third part to this story.

Lex - Happy Thanksgiving. Great chpater as always. I like the check in with Bella. But the stuff with Amelia was awesome! She was never on the pill - she lied the entire relationship. And then she still wanted to go to Sonny's family event - psycho chick for sure. And her parents invited themselves to Sonny's - this is so going to go bad isn't it.
Just so you know everytime I get the notice of a new chapter. I am giddy and can't wait to read it. I know someday you will have to end this story so I will just have to go throught and read the saga again. Great job.

Lexi - Another great chapter. Did I tell you I do a little happy dance when I see an update. Anyway, the Sonny Maggie thing is getting kind of volatile. She is so young and he is under so much stress.
I love how much edward and damion are communicating now. And I do relaly like the dynamic of the sons and the father together. I liked the Jordan angle for damion and I am a little disappointed that it might be over. I liked it becuase Jordan is smart and it would be a challenge for the Cullen men to be around someone so educated. I love Bella and Alex but they aren't uber smart like Jordan is. I don't think that came out right - she is a different kind of smart than the regular woman that the cullen men have to deal with.
Anyway, great chpater. Love this story. Until next time.

lexi - I think this was a great chapter as always. So sonny is more than just an occasional user, he's an addict. Dame is right, there is no way the skip would let his addict son take over and Sonny knows this. He really has to take care of his problem now. I liked sober damion this chapter. Again, this is an amazing complex story and I am so honored to be reading it. I love update days. I read each chapter as a little reward to myself.

Kylie has always seemed a little weird to me me this chapter made her seem weirder still. I have felt for awhile that she is going to get herself killed because she doesn't think.

I am worried that she thinks something doesn't feel right though. Is there more trouble coming. Even though it was in the background, I was touched by Edwards reactions to what sonny was going through and the father-son interaction. Great chapter.

Ok. Once again Lexi I love this story. I still think flip. And sonny need to talk bu then again they are guys. And you are writing them well. I do think the brother interaction, trust, bond, love etc has been a strong theme in this series and while the one with Carlisle and Edward was ready eataihed we get to see this one from the beginning.
Btw Carlisle did have a good point. Who will counsel sonny?
