Even though my review replies may seem standard I swear I read every single word and answer or clarify anything I can at the time. When I first started writing BI I thought 100 reviews would be cool and I’m now over 1,400 which is absolutely amazing!

“McDonalds?” He looked so angelic and innocent, I just wanted to save the image in my head forever. I nodded and the cutest grin played on his lips.

“Now it may be a little cold,” I warned as I pushed the bed’s tray table over him as he sat up to eat.

“Don’t care...” he took a bite. “Must eat....” and another. “So...so good.” He devoured french fry after french fry while alternating with his cheeseburger.

The doctor in me screamed to tell him to slow down, but the dad told the doctor to shut the hell up.

Bella started picking at her salad while I made work of my own meal.

I’d hoped this would be the first of many family meals to come in the future.

“So be honest, my dad called you?” I questioned the second I sat down.

“You’re very smart Edward, and yes your father may have called.” Dr. Devon was an older man who I was pretty sure I’d passed a time or two in the hallways, but never stopped to talk. He was newer, no wife, no kids that I knew of. People raved about him, but I didn’t really know him.

“I don’t really know how this works,” I admitted honestly.

“It’s simple, I ask questions, you answer. You talk, I listen, and visa versa.” I nodded and he began. “So tell me why you wanted to talk to someone.”

“Two months ago I was married to someone who I thought I loved, my family wasn’t perfect but somewhat normal, I thought I was a good enough father to my son and was wrong, and I’m slowly starting to realize I let my work invade my life.”

“What changed?” He asked.

“Well my son was kidnapped and almost murdered. My wife was behind his kidnapping, my mom wrote a note trying to exonerate my wife, my parents are now divorcing, and I’m realized things about my son’s mother that I never knew before. Oh and I was the equivalent of a present, deadbeat dad.” I laughed at the mockery which was now my life.

I think you may have just helped me with my story and you will see why when I write the epi, I will even point out who gave me the idea in the authors note, so be sure to read it.  I love not havign an outline when I write a story, because it gives me the freedom to shoot from the hip.  I have written this entire story, without a guide.  Thanks for saying that I am an amazing writer.  That compliment coming from you, makes me feel really good.  I am so glad that you have been here throughout this entire story and have reviewed eacha dn every chapter.  THANK YOU! 

I sent a message to my pre-reader Jess several months ago about a story idea I had.  I love her writings and I have always wanted to co-write a story with someone.  So I pitched my idea of a stalker story where Edward is being stalked.  Her and I sent a few emails back and forth and have shared a few phone calls discussing it too.  Once I have this story completely wrapped up, I will finish writing the first chapter I started.  I am going to enjoy writing this story, because most of the time it is Bella who is the victim, this time Edward will be.  It will be a mystery/romance/drama type of story, but it will be a really good read.  Wait until you see who I pitched to Jess as the stalker......Bwahhahhhaahhaahhaa.....It is purely evil!  LOL

I hope to see you on board for that.  I am also currently helping a girl with a story she is writing it is not yet posted here, but if it does get posted here, the first few chapters will need to be re-beta'd because they lack a few common things.  But the story is good, if it gets posted here it will most likely show me as a co-writer, but not positive.  It is called Year Of Hell by weekitty on FF.  She approched me for help, and I have been re-writing each chapter before it posts since like chapter 4.  She has a wonderful storyline, one of the freshest ones I have read in a long time.  But the skills to tell the story properly are lacking.  She writes out her chapters and they come to me, they are okay, but they need tweaking and spelling and grammar adjustments.  Without Word, I suck, but life goes on.  Anyway so watch for that too, if you want.

Chapter 12 Preview………………..

My skin is pale and I have dark circles of lovely black and purple under each eye, I look like a vampire.  I fought against my self all night, I just feel as if I should have collared him last night.  I can not believe I did something so stupid.  I need to fix this, and make this right. 

Knowing I have to go out for a bit today, I put on my comfortable jeans and threw on a sweater.  It is really cold outside, I can see the ground outside is frosted over.  Looking in the mirror I see, that I look a little better.  Looking at the clock I see that Edward will not be down for breakfast for an hour and fifteen minutes yet.  I sigh and head down to start cooking breakfast.

Entering the kitchen I am surprised to find that Edwards journal is at the table.  The lights are on in the gym, so I assume he is in there working on his morning exercise regimen.  I quickly mix up the egg bake, and pop it in the oven.  Grabbing a cup of coffee, I sit down at the table and pick up the journal.  Opening the journal, I see that the last entry was written last night.  I take a gulp of the hot coffee, and start to read.

I am so glad that you loved that juicy lemon, I was actually nervous it was the first scene I have tried to write in a while.  I thought it would be cool to show that sometimes even the Dom/Dommes can have their own sense of subspace.  I actually read about it from a few of the D/s sites I have done research on.  I spoke to a couple of Doms too they were very interesting conversations.  I loved the kookoo for coco puff that was SO FUNNY. 

Thank you for reading and reviewing my story.  The reviews truly do mean a lot to me.  Things with ‘A Sub Search,’ are coming to a close.  I would rather end this story, than drag it out and make it bad.  I know the SEX SCENES, and LEMONS are hot, but I wanted this story, to also having a meaningful message.  During the research parts of writing this story, I have found a truly deep appreciation for the BDSM lifestyle.  Not that I could ever practice in the lifestyle, I just personally can see why people choose to.  There are so many aspects of this lifestyle that most people, me included did not before realize.  The amount of trust, loyalty, care, and compassion that go into the actions between and Dom/Domme and their sub is one of the most solid things I have ever tried to explain.  I am still not sure that I have done a great job showing the side of a BDSM relationship, I wanted to show, but I am in no way ashamed of the way that I portrayed it either.  Things can happen, but the truth is most participants in the lifestyle are not romantically linked. That is one of the biggest reason’s I wanted Bella and Edward to have the drama of trying to have it all.  I know many of you hated Bella, and for a while…I did too.  I struggled trying to write parts of this story, for lack of personal knowledge and because I personally felt animosity toward Bella at points in the story.  There will be one more regular chapter, and then there will be a epilogue.  Thank you for remaining a loyal reader, and again thank you so MUCH for your reviews of my story.  The preview of the next chapter is of course subject to changes, during the BETA process.  My tense usage stinks, so it always has to be fixed.  Here is the teaser you were promised, and I hope that you enjoy the closure I am giving some of the characters in the coming chapter.

Chapter 17 pre-view.

I have been comfortable throughout the day, but I have been in Edward’s arms, most of the time.  After arriving at the hospital, Edward was immediately through the door.  So many people have come to the hospital today.  Esme, and Carlisle, both were here.  Edward begged me to allow his father to look over my medical chart, I of course agreed.  Carlisle, having privileges at Saint Lukes, demanded that I have a full CT scan.  He told me it was to ease his own piece of mind, as well as Edward’s.  Carlisle even checked and rechecked where the stiches were; to be sure they were up to par.  Edward has all, but refused to leave my side.  He only did, when I asked him to once, and when they refused to allow him in the room during the CT scan.  Of course the first time he was okay, because I was going to be with Esme.  The second time he allowed it, because I would be under Carlisle’s supervision. 

Esme surprised me the most.  She has always been so easy going and nice.  Today I saw what most people consider the momma bear factor, or I have heard the term wolverine as well.  Esme was bossing around the staff, like she was in charge.  She demanded that one of the nurses be removed from my care, because she was clearly inept, and to busy trying to get Edward’s attention.  It was almost amusing to watch and hear her.  I still can feel the warmth that passed through me, when I heard Esme tell the nurse.  ‘You clearly are more interested in trying to flirt with my son, than take care of my daughter.  Take your trampy ass out of this room.  I want your supervisor, now!’  Needless to say, that nurse never came back into my room.  I have never felt so loved in all my adult life.

Thank you for the awesome reviews on 14 & 15!! Tanya's almost gone...but unfortunately not quite yet. The relationship with Bella and Lilly does grows and I try to show that in my future chapters - hopefully it works. :) We'll find out exactly why Bella is crying in the next chapter...it's a big one so I'm definitely going to try to get it posted ASAP.

Lol, no I havent forgotten the forgotten condom scene. We'll have to wait a little for that outcome. Edward and Bella will get to work filing for the change asap, but it will take time, especially in California. 

Bella got to say what she wanted to Jake, and did get some closure, but she wont forgive him for involving Irina, so they wont have any form of a relationship after the divorce. She and Edward are just ready to put it all behind them and move forward.

She knew she had been a bit stringent on the rules, but until she found something Edward could help with, it was best he stayed inside.  But as she stared at her front door she saw Edward had a different idea.

There was a bit of distance so Bella couldn’t make out exactly everything but she could see he was naked. Bella was horrified but she had no idea what she could do.  She was about to excuse herself when Rosalie gasped.

The buzzer on her intercom sounded and Bella grabbed her keys, opting to just meet Michael downstairs.  When she opened the door, she was surprised, she had expected him to be dumpy or balding or something, but he was in fact a very nice looking man. He had short, cropped blond hair and a charming smile. Surely an evening with this man wouldn’t be too bad, Bella mused.

“You look,” he paused, searching for the right word, “nice.”

Bella made an effort not to blanch at his lackluster compliment. Bella knew her dress wasn’t the most up to date style, but she was doing him a favor.  She tugged once more at the top of the dress and regretted it instantly because it brought Michael’s attention to her bust line. He looked away quickly but not before she noticed his disappointed face.

Bella sat on the stump and watched the wind blowing in the trees. She felt numb, but she preferred it because she knew as soon as she started to feel again, she would be bawling. It had been over an hour since Bella watched Edward take off into the trees, and as much as she didn’t want to admit it, she was pretty sure he wasn’t coming back.

They had arrived at the campsite, and Edward immediately began pacing it and sniffing each stone, tree, and bush in the area while Bella set up the campsite. She had thrown the sleeping bag and air mattress in the tent and brought the cooler from the car. She had been about to call out to him when he perked up as the wind blew across him, and he took off running into the woods.  Bella had dropped the cooler she’d been carrying and ran after him, but it was too late; by the time she had entered the woods, he was out of sight. She’d called out to him a couple times, but with no answer, she found herself back at camp, hoping he’d return.

That hope was fading fast.

Just when she thought she couldn’t take it anymore, Jake rose up and walked to Edward.  The movement was muted, each paw seemed to slowly rise and hover in the air before dropping back down to the ground. When he reached Edward, he lowered his head and met Edward’s cheek with his muzzle.

Jake’s giant furry face met Edward’s clean shaven one, his neck nearly wrapped around Edward’s and his head resting against the copper hair.  When the action broke, Edward turned his head toward Bella but his attention was short lived as Sam exited the cave. The snarl was instant and Jake immediately took a step back.
