I love that they escaped. Bella is an awesome character in this story, I love her smarts and strengths- but she doesn't overwhelm Edward's qualities. I kind of hope they don't have to do the emergency blow, but I know you will take care of them and add a good twist either way...

Interesting- I enjoyed the perspective of the traitor, though I couldn't figure out who it was. Mysterious... you're weaving in this missing link very well- looking forward to the next piece of the puzzle...
Bella transfers to the University of Washington her junior year. The incredibly beautiful guy with the coppery-bronze hair is such a jerk when their lives first collide, but they can't ignore the fact that they are drawn to each other. However...Bella has a boyfriend back home and Edward is adamantly unavailable; a horrible experience in his past has made him reluctant to form any attachments or new friendships. But sometimes, when you least expect it, you find something you didn't even know you were looking for; something that will change your life irrevocably and unconditionally.
Lots of humor, tons of romance and occasional angst, featuring a rather nosy and intrusive Emmett, Rose, Jasper and Alice. Add a potential stalker into the mix to stir things up. Top it all off with undeniable sexual tension and eventually some very hottt sexy-times.

I'm glad you are enjoying the read and don't feel like I get too wordy. And I'm glad you are feeling like you are getting to know the characters. And I'm glad to know you like the changing POV's. I think it adds to the story to see how they both view things and some aspects of the story naturally lend themselves to be told through one POV as opposed to the other. I hope it doesn't seem repetitive when you get both sides to a situation.
The plot twist on the hospital pick-up...a bad day for Edward, but things turn around nicely for him in the end. And as to James...well, we can't just let him idle there in the story, can we? ;)
Since Bella spends so much time with Edward there's not a whole lot of opportunity to do a whole lot with the other girls, they are supporting players, after all, and Rose even less so, since she lives in the other dorm and is usually tied up (perhaps even literally?:) ) with Emmett. But you will definitely see a lot more of the other four characters as we get into the weekend at the Cullen Compound.

James is soooo creepy, I was interested to learn more about him via Laurent, it builds the suspense. Nice moment for Laurent. I was SURE he was texting James. Bella was good to be mad at Edward, whose sincerity I find so touching :) Hmm, I wonder where the nasty sneak is hiding... it would be interesting to hear about his stalking, from his perspetive? Infuriating and unsettling, but interesting... nice work here :)

I'm glad to know you found James to be creepy. That means I got that across right. LOL I think as a reader you don't know whether to trust Laurent or not. I guess like in Twilight. He was helpful in Twilight but he was a definite bad guy when he was cornering Bella in that field. And he didn't offer any real answers for Edward, regarding James, he just filled in a few more blanks...and we got to see his room and it was shrine-free.
Awww...thank you for letting me know that you find Edward's sincerity so touching. The thing with his character is that he's suffered a loss and he's frightened at the aspect of experiencing that again. I think that's what makes him so fragile even though he's Bella's protector he needs reassuring.
The nasty sneak...I'm sure he'll pop up again when we least expect him. ;) That's all I'm saying on that topic.

OOOh that is not how I expected the river to arrive- but you do the twists so well, I love it. So I keep going over "I have to get to him..." and putting that together with the fact that we have sooo not seen the last of Renée.
Is Edward in trouble? It sounds like it's neither Edward nor Jasper... is it Charley, in the clutches of a crazed Renée? is it JAKE? what other "him"s does Bella have to get to?
