What really stood out for me in this chapter was the cold shower. I thought that was sadistic. He makes her do it twice. That part really bothered me. I would think if he is so concerned about her health, he would be concerned that she could get sick from having no hot water in the shower. The shower wasn't quick b/c she had to wash her hair. Punishment spankings don't bother me.
You have an engaging way of writng. I'm not always comfortable with what the characters do but I am compelled to read more.

Yes, that's exatly right. Edward wasn't being disrespectful. But Bella being human and all, she saw it a little differently, but now she understands. Even though Edward did order her around in ch 14, but he was only afraid for her life. And then of course he was all feral. lol But he'd die if Bella got hurt or worse. Although my male vamps are dominant, they still cherish their mates and do anything to keep them happy. Kinda think of it as a really twisted Dom and Sub relationship thingy but Vampire style. <--- I don't know if that makes sense, but it's my version of it. LOL
Thank you. I love going into details like vampire grocery stores. There's so much more for me to cover like vamp jails, vamp amusement parks, illegal human hunting clubs etc. lol

I watched Jasper’s and Emmett’s fangs grow longer and their expressions turn fierce as their eyes changed from crimson to black. Edward and his brothers didn’t waste another minute as they stalked out to the balcony like the natural predators that they were. Their big bodies moved lithely with each calculated step they took, their powerful muscles rippling fiercely underneath their pale skin. I followed them out to the balcony quietly, but halted my steps abruptly as all three males simultaneously whipped their heads back and growled, sniffing the air. I watched in terror and in awe as the moonlight illuminated their long white fangs. Their hunting senses became alert, immediately kicking in as they perched on the railing, scanning their surroundings. I wasn’t prepared for another feral growl to tear from Jasper’s chest so I instinctively jumped back and squeaked in surprise. I caught Edward’s attention as his head snapped in my direction. His lips curled back from his extended fangs while looking over his shoulder at me. I gasped and stumbled back in shock. His eyes. I was caught in his dark gaze, hypnotized by his black orbs. Those eyes. Those terrifying eyes were staring straight at me and right through the very depths of my soul. But I couldn’t look away…no matter how wild he looked, my eyes locked with his, drawing me further into his black pools.
I didn’t know how long I’d been paralyzed on the balcony, completely captivated by Edward’s gaze. His predatory eyes. But my breath suddenly hitched in my throat when his mesmerizing gaze grew more intense. I felt like prey caught in the eyes of a powerful predator, a predator that could rip me apart if he chose or sink his fangs into my delicate neck and suck my hot blood into his parched mouth.
My heart began to race. I couldn’t tear my gaze away as his eyes continued to burn into mine.

“Bella don’t worry, stay calm.” Carlisle’s soothing voice was right next to me, calming my frazzled nerves a bit. But I couldn’t look at Carlisle when he spoke. No matter how much or hard I tried, it was fruitless.

Interesting the mystery of girls getting killed that look like Bella. I can't wait to see how this plays out in the story. Is it possible for the person to have an orgasm when she is marked by a vampire? B/E are so cute when their "getting intimate" especially when he gets all possessive and shouting "mine." This is 1 of only a few Edward stories that I like right now. A favorite is falling beyond redemption. So I get so excited when I get an email that this story has been updated. Loved the chapter and can't wait to read the next update.

And yup, a human can have an orgasm when marked by a vamp, just depends how much marking venom is injected into the bloodstream. =) I'm not sure what chapter this will be in, but there will be a male vampire that challenges Edward, wanting to take Bella so...Edward will mark her possessively in front of the other male. He'll inject enough venom into Bella's body, causing her to orgasm in front of the vamp, deterring him. Edward will be more possessive of Bella after they have sex in ch. 10...so there will be more marking. lol Thank you, glad you like E&B. Ooo I haven't read Falling Beyond Redemption. I wish I had more time to read, I have a list of fics that I would like to start.

When I first had planned to write this twisted tale, I wanted to make the Cullens dark BUT I decided against it. There would be no chance of Bella ever being happy if ALL the vampires were dark. There will be an instant connection when they both meet and no, Edward won't be abusive towards her. He won't be a wuss either, he'll be fierce but sweet to Bella. Edward will be feared by other vamps because he's kinda like...umm...I guess you could say the Alpha. lol But I can assure you that he'll be awesome with Bella. I hope you'll like my version of Edward. lol I'm working on ch 4 already however I'm not sure when it will be finished. Life is a little nutzo with my fam getting back from vacay. Some were really great but I can't portray her like that, Sure, Alice is still a girl, she enjoys makeup and shopping but it won't have her drag Bella all over the stores and torture her with dress up.
I hope I won't disapoint with the marking scene. I'm going with my gut feeling on this one. lol

Wow, so much going on. I loved the super long chapter. You've got a great creative mind. I was all nervous about Bella leaking blood. Nicely written. Of course I'm all scared about Ben and Angela. Ben's father is off the hook scary w/ wanting to drain Angela. I will be so sad if Ang or Ben dies. I know I will just have to wait and see. (lol). I really loved how you wrote the scene of E/B running into the other vampire w/ his human girlfiriend. The vampire sounded sexy, E needs some tats. Digging E increased super vampire strength and possessiveness. Love this Edward. Rose forming a blood bond w/ Bella. Still up in the air about that. B already has one w/ Edward correct? so I guess it's good she has one w/ another family member. Glad it wasn't Alice.
Side note-I joined freedom writers site just so I could read this story w/ pictures. I have no idea how to navigate the site. The UI is was more complicated than it needs to be which is a shame b/c I would also like to read some original stories. End bitching rant. I got to your home page. How do I get to LAV chapters?

I can't believe that Mike Newton, I actually liked him in the grocery store now he is all slimy. I have been having so much fun reading this world you have created. The fight scene was awesome, while reading the scene I was wondering if Edward will get an ultimate power. I'm all for Edward kicking more ass and having vampire sex w/ Bella. All I can say is that Mike better be careful, Edward won't take any more snide remarks or teasing from him.

Hey, fantastic chapter. . I'm in such awe of your talent that I can't explain how much you rock writing this story.
I so enjoyed learning about the ultimate vampire legend can't wait to see how it plays out in the story Ben and Angella were to cute. Glad Ben was able to think past his instincts and claim Angela w/o everyone watching. I teared up a little when Edward was talking about his human friend. I so agree w/ Bella that Edward is hot when he acts all dominant. I had no idea that Mike killed Victoria, but I'm not yet convinced that he killed all the Bella look a likes. Excited to learn more. Poor Renee-I hope she will be ok. I know my Edward is getting there to kick some ass and kill a few evil empires.
As always I will not be patiently waiting for an update, I wil be saying a wish that I everytime I open an update link it will be for this story. Considering this chapter was wonderfully long and indepth I will give you a few days (LOL). I appreciate all the time and creativity you put in this story.

This was one of my favorite chapters. The lemons were so yummy, unbelievably hot. I loved Bree. She was so cute and so was Angela. Enjoyed her and Edward’s conversation in Vampire speak.
In other reviews I've embarrassed myself w/ my utter obsession with this Edward. My obsession has gotten so much worse. Animalistic Edward is awesome especially when he’s spanking and getting all dominant.

Thanks. Yeah, I like Bree and Angela. Bree will be sweet and not a threat to Bella, and Angela will be around more often once she meets Ben. Ben is a sweetheart. He will cherish Angela, as Edward does Bella. Oh No you haven't embarressed yourself. lol I share the same obsession...there are so many varieties of "Edwards" in different stories that I have become obsessed with as well. I'm actually working on an outtake in EPOV before he met Bella, and when he saved her from James the first day of school. I will try to explain how he knew Bella was "the one" when he first laid his eyes upon here. It's a little difficult, because sometimes these intense emotions are difficult to put into words. But i will give it my best. Hopefully, I will have EPOV completed soon.
I've started on ch 12, and it's difficult for me to cut down the chapter. I think I will continue to write longer chapters, but I will also update sooner too.

This line "I was utterly pathetic when I first moved to vamp town. But I could tell that this little girl wouldn’t let anyone push her around when she got older, including vampires. This line reminded me that in previous chapters some readers commented that Bella was too passive and weak. I never viewed her that way. I like how you write her in this story.
Period scene was awesome. It was sexy and funny.
Poor Angela and Ben, I can't wait to read more about what happens between them.

This is definitely a dark story unlike Living Amongst Vampires where Bella is protected and cared for by the Cullens, Charlie and Renee.

Damn, I'm sort of in shock. I was drawn into the chapter and I felt all dfferent emotions while reading. That's what made it a good chapter b/c you made me feel: I can't just love/hate or be indifferent about Edward. He's definitely got his sadistic moments-pulling out of the blood whore with his barbs still intact. Blood whores are vampires? He's sexy when he goes all primal and dominant. It wouldn't of fit the story if he was gentle w/ Bella. Of course he's such an ass just plowing throuigh her w/o any foreplay. Hopefully his sex skills will get better or Bella is going to have to join a nunnery. (Do those even exist?) I'm glad he has some need to protect Bella. His conflicted feelings & thoughts about Bella were written really well. Loved how you wrote Bella's feelings.
Well P/C are interesting. Charlotte seems to have some unresolved baby issues. A Major part of me wants Jasper to become evil b/c it's too heart breaking reading about Edward kicking his ass and feeling for Jasper.

This was so good. I loved Jake in this story. He was such a young guy who acted his age. Too funny how he wanted to kiss E ass. So sweet how E touched his cheek when and silently thanked him. Yay, Aro found out about the baby. Excited about Lauren coming back. Caius totally inability to see the double standard of him cheating and not wife is so fucked up. I love all the different personalities in this story. I do wonder why Jacob shot him 1st. Hopefully Caius will get shot by Nicole. What a shit for beating her up.

Thanks for reading/reviewing! When writing chronologically (a first for me) it is wonderful to have outside encouragement.
No, this is not a vampire story, but supernatural all the same. It is the tale of a princess in peril and the mythical creature who saves her. They will love each other passionately but, as it is the case with other cross species mating, it will not be easy. The time? Oh, some 2700 years ago. BTW, Kallisté and Alexios have the same meaning of Bella and Edward, in ancient Greek.

I wrote this long review and when I pushed submit TWCS said you are not authorized b//c you are not logged in.
1st this story is beautifully written and makes the reader want to know the characters. In a lot of ways they are realistic. I do worry about Chloe loosing herself in this relationship but I also think she is still trying to find her way so maybe she will gain not lose.
Jamin I adore but he needs to get some control before he does something that in unforgiveable. And if Chloe keeps forgiving Jamin might start forgetting he needs the control.
Excited to read the next update.

Thanks again for the outstanding and wonderful reviews! We are so excited and happy to have you all on board with us for this journey and we sure hope that you all continue to love and praise the story the way that you do. I know that you all learned some rather interesting pieces of information in the puzzle we call His Cimmerian View. I bet a lot of you have more questions than you are asking. But to answer a few of the questions that don’t take away from future story line here you go. Yes it is possible that Tanya and Sue are the one in the same, but do remember that Tanya Denali was positively identified by dental records. Some are asking if Sue could be Edward’s long lost mother... I guess that is a thought, but the age thing would be difficult to swallow. Sue could very well be masquerading as Bella and trying to get her hands on the money that has been left to her both from her mother’s Estate and her grandfather’s. Wow more of you seem to be worried about who might have their hand on Edward’s shoulder than much else, so I will relive you of that stress, it is in fact Carlisle. Between this chapter and the BPOV on EHCV we have had many question how Harry/James could have gotten into Bella’s apartment after Aro did all the security measures, and I assure you that his ability to get into the apartment will be answered, just have faith in us, and you will see. Lots of new things will come out in the next chapter as well and unfortunately you are all going to hate us, because it will be ending in a cliffhanger as well. In the next chapter we will get to see Edward come face to face with Harry though... insert evil laugh... but at least I am showing you the teaser from that meeting! I am excited about the ending of the story; however we will not update any faster than we currently are. I am working on chapter 28 and Nikky is on chapter 29. At this rate we are going to be pushing to keep up with the schedule of posting each week. No I am not saying we will not post, but I am saying we will at this point be sticking to the every Thursday posting. If you haven’t yet, go check out Enduring His Cimmerian View... the Bella POV chapter is posted. We will not be adding any chapters to EHCV, until we have the main story cracked out of HCV. All of it; I mean, this mother fucker broke Seth’s arm. I close my eyes, and when I open them again, I see nothing but him. Without even thinking about what I’m doing; I hit the fucker as hard as I can. I just keep hitting him until I feel someone pull me back. With the rage still blinding me, I knock whoever it is off of me and hit Harry again.
Suddenly, I feel a lot more people dragging me back. I feel a sting on my face, and I look around to see Aro shaking his head. Garrett has his arms wrapped around my waist, Felix is holding my left arm, and Emmett is on my right; I have no clue when he got here. Standing right in front of me is Jane.
“Jane, I don’t think you needed to slap him,” Aro says as he walks over to us. That fucking bitch slapped me!
“He was out of it, and it brought him back didn’t it? Besides that, I get to do the beating up around here,” she huffs, walking away from me to bend down and look at Harry. I look down as well, noticing that I knocked the fucker out. I can’t help but grin about it. “Wipe that look off your face! You broke some of his ribs and his nose; that’s my job, Assward!” Jane jumps up and walks over to her bag. She brings out some jars and sets them in a line on the desk.
“Eh...what the hell is in those jars?” Emmett asks as he gives me a look to ask if I’m alright. I nod and the three of them release me.
Edward wins more than he bargained for at what was supposed to be a friendly poker game. AH.
