And Master Edward calling her Love when he addressed her that one time was definitely an indication to how he already feels for her. See ya next time.

Time to pamper Isabella and have her enjoy her wedding day. The dress from Alexandrina was beautiful. It's no wonder women of that time were in such good shape physically, between the corsets restricting how much you could eat and the heavy dresses they wore they couldn't possibly get out of shape. Add in the life that the common people had and Isabella should have no problems keeping her shape.

Loved the chapter. Their relationship is different than the average relationship but I'd still have a hard time with asking permission when he doesn't even consult her at all. There needs to be some give and take in both directions. She seems to be the one giving the majority ot the time while he only gives orders. As she grows and matures that might cause more issues. I look forward to reading more. It's definitely a nice break from my reality. ;) My favorite line: It's no secret that I'm crappy at communicating, but I guess it does work.

Well, I did give warning that things would not be super peachy. Edward is an asshole, and he is very demanding of Bella’s attentions, yet he seems to forget that she is young and wants to have fun. Bella does act very immature at times, and her ability to communicate properly sucks. Edward being a complete dick is not going to change for a few chapters, however he will have great moments along with shitty. Bella however will start to blossom and show her maturity level rising. Edward’s emotions were running very high in this chapter and the way that they played emotions off of the other caused them both to act in a way they normally wouldn’t. Jess feels this chapter is as bad as it gets for them, I think there is one more where Edward makes me want to hate him, however chapter 23 will be in Edward’s POV and that chapter will show everyone where he stands. There are questions regarding Edward’s age and Bella’s age and the difference in ages. At the start of the story Edward was 31 and Bella was 14, so there is a 17-year difference between them. I want to touch on the fact that we have had two people at this point message us saying they are walking away from this story after this chapter—I am personally sorry to hear that mainly because the resolutions planned for them are alone worth sticking around for. Now we asked what your favorite line was and not everyone participated, but I still will share with you all Jess’s favorite line. This is from when she was at the club and after meeting Riley and talking to him she thinks to herself ... “He reminds me of Jake, and I’d bet money his girlfriend has a dick, too.” Oh and speaking of her time at the club, her friend from School Corin, knew Seth before the club, somehow that got over looked by a couple of you. Chapter 20 TEASER: I’m sitting here in a sexual innuendo filled daze, but the timer dinging gets my attention. I pull the pan form the oven, and it smells even better in the kitchen than it did ten minutes ago. I put the garlic bread in and pull the salad out and toss it. I place everything on the table and pull the garlic bread out just as Edward comes in the room.
“Damn Baby, that smells better than it did before,” he compliments and I smile.
I watch as Edward gets out a bottle of wine from the chiller cabinet and opens it. I don’t drink often, but when we have a nice dinner we almost always have a glass or two. He pours our glasses and carries them to the table. I get everything in place and light the candles, as he dims the light.
“This is very romantic, Baby,” he says pulling out my chair.
“Thank you, my love,” I say after sipping the wine he gave me.
Dinner is amazing and we eat quietly while exchanging looks that say we have much better things to do than talk. We clean up together and I smile when I see him cover the apple pie I made and place it in the warming rack on low.
“I can’t wait any longer, come with me,” he says pulling me by my hand upstairs. Instead of going to the bedroom, he pulls me into his office. Walking to the wall safe he punches in the code and opens the door. My eyes grow wide as he pulls out a rather large light blue velvet box and turns to hand it to me.
“What—what’s this for?” I stammer.

Wow, what another outstanding bunch of reviews we have gotten for this chapter. Want to address some things to cover a lot of comments and questions. Yes jasper is a *INSERT YOUR OWN CHOICE WORD HERE*, and as much as Jess and I both really like Jasper as a character as a whole we wanted to make him not a nice guy for once. As for non-cannon pairings, we have Elizabeth and James, we have Jake as a gay man, and we have a surprise upcoming, but we want to be very clear this is an EDWARD AND BELLA story, therefore they will be together and cannon, well as cannon as they can be, with our changes of age, humanity, and attitudes. Alice really is pregnant, and Jasper really is the father. Bella and Edward were keeping their relationship low key and not out in the spotlight, because they are not sure if Liz does or doesn’t remember, and they don’t want to ruin her wedding day. (Besides, we had Jasper and Alice to make a scene... LOL.) There will be more time jumps and drama ahead, but fear not we are working on keeping this story a nice mix between drama and hilarity. “You shut the fuck up,” Mom says pointing her finger in Edward’s face.

This chapter was too hilarious! Well, all but the part about Jasper and Alice. Who would have thought that Jasper would be such a jerk! Yea, I know. He's confused about her being so young and he really does love her (well maybe if he really isn't a total douche) but he could have done the same thing Edward did and wait for Bella. As for what happened during the night of the drunkfest, I don't think any of us really want to know. I'm sure it was like a car accident, it was really horrible and you know you shouldn't look but you just can't help yourself. From the things said the morning after, I sure hope they didn't all end up in the room together. As for the plan the girls have, maybe this is where Ben will come back into play. He can pretend to be in a relationship with Alice to find out how Jasper really feels? See ya next chapter.

Teaser: The reception is in full swing, and we are all having a great time! Jake and Alice have declared themselves best friends. I’m so happy they like each other, but it’s hard not to like Jake. The food is great and I keep eating! We have done more dancing than anything. Edward can’t dance, but he’s still having fun. He excuses himself after a while to head for the bathroom. I’m dancing with Jake when I hear someone ask if they can cut in as soon as a slow song comes on.
“What are you doing here?” I ask.
“I said I would be your date. What kind of friend would I be if I stood you up?” Ben asks as he pulls me into him. I’m too stunned to say no. “You look beautiful.”
“Thanks,” I say, automatically looking around for Edward. “Why are you really here?”
“I told you why.”
“Well, you didn’t have to. I’m here with my boyfriend,” I tell him as he rolls his eyes at me.
“I think about you all the time. I’ve wanted to call you, but I knew you wouldn’t have answered,” he says while I remain silent.
“Ben, I’m over everything, I promise. It just hurt at the time,” I explain as he looks at his feet. “I’m really happy right now.”
“Huh. I guess my plan has been blown to shit then,” he says with a humorless laugh.
“What was your plan?” I question, needing to know.

Another great chapter. I think the trip will be an eye opening experience for both of them. Alice is a real piece of work. She doesn't even say Landon's name, just refers to him as the kid. I wanted to slap her. Edward has been a bit neglectful but that is how real life is sometimes. Working full time makes it hard to spend time together. My hubs is a firefighter with an extra job at a second department. Every third week he works 6 days straight. Depending on if we have any hurricanes or a drought with wildfires, he has been gone as many as 8 24-hour shifts in a row. Anyway, he is redeeming himself but Bella is a major brat who has a lot of growing up to do. Talking always works better than bitching, moaning and whining. ;) She'll get there. See ya next week.

Jess and I and our families all had a nice holiday, and new year, so thank you to all of you for not only the well wishes, but also the cheer and happiness you helped spread. A lot of you think that Alice is on drugs, dating Jasper, suffering from Post Pardon Depression, or just generally unstable ... well—we promise to have your answers to you within the next few chapters. Teaser: “Bella, I’m home,” I hear Edward yell from downstairs.
He was telling the truth when he said things would calm down on the work front after the New Year. Now that he had more of a set schedule, he was lazy when he was home. I was going to school, cleaning, and cooking. He was working but that was all. At first I was cool with it because I like to take care of him. I have been asking and asking to go out and do something together, though. He keeps telling me no, so I’m taking matters into my own hands.
Corin and I are going to Under Twenty-One. It’s a dance club for people under twenty-one. Edward could go if he wanted to, but I highly doubt he would. I hear him walking up the stairs just as I finish getting dressed. I have on a pair of tight, low rise jeans and a band shirt that shows off my figure. I know I have a nice body and I think I look hot.
“Where are you going looking like that?” Edward asks as he starts to undress.
“Corin and I are going to Under Twenty-One,” I tell him as he starts to laugh. “Why are you laughing?”
“Because you actually think I’m letting you go there without me,” he says as he throws his dirty clothes in the basket.
“Oh... so you’re going to come with me?” I ask, hopeful that he is really going to go.
“No; I worked all day and we have to be up early because we will have Landon all day tomorrow,” he tells me.
“Yeah, I know. I won’t be out really late,” I say as I head for the bathroom. Edward doesn’t say anything else right away, so I finish doing my makeup and hair.

Bella was impressive the way she is handling everything. Edward on the other hand is allowing himself to be manipulated my Alice. I thought he was smarter than that but apparently not. Bella has done some major growing up, which Alice hasn't seemed to do. Maybe Edward just needs that needy little girl with drama to feel complete.

Wow the response to this chapter has been amazing, over 150 of you thus far have spoken out about chapter 22. First let us say ... THANK YOU for reading and reviewing. The fact alone that we have been able to instill so much emotion in our readers for the characters within this story makes us so pleased, that alone tells me the story has the back bone we wanted it to have. So, on behalf of Jess and I, THANK YOU for caring and showing us that you care.
Now we warned you that Edward would not be a favorite after this chapter, and Alice well we all already hated her. Alice has taken a presence in the story and stronger one than we first intended, however I think her presence helps show how much Bella is growing. Alice is still stuck in that kiddie stage, where Bella is showing that she is learning as she grows. If you remember, Bella has made lots of mistakes and acted out too, but in this chapter she showed not only that she is growing, but that she is and can be responsible and dependable. Many of you believe that Bella is pregnant, but she is not.
The next chapter is in Edward’s POV and we hope that you will all be able let your anger for him and his actions go by the end of it. Edward has a lot to say and some of the things he thinks about and even discusses will give a little new light regarding his seemingly blatant disregard of Bella over Alice. Edward never completely said anything in chapter 22, so chapter 23 is going to be his outlet chapter.
As for Esme, she has seen through Alice’s shit, and I think right now for her you will find in coming chapters she is trying to do what is right by Alice. Gary has made Alice come back to St. Louis and work for the company, because he is trying to get her under control. It wasn’t pre-planned for Edward to take her back to St. Louis, and you will learn more of why he did it soon.

Well some of you are worried about Bella and her tantrums. Bella is very set in her ways, but she is still young, they will have issues to overcome, without a doubt. Not everything will be peaches and cream all the time. As for Edward being ejected from the game for the line drive to Jasper’s chest, we know we took some liberties there — but this is fiction. Liz is being a good mom, and part of that is telling Bella to use her common sense. Bella did over-react, but some people are emotionally driven and our Bella is one of them. I love that a lot of you love Bella’s not laying down and her ability to stand up and fight. I loved the Masen’s Little Slugger nick-name for Bella, I chuckled a lot over that. I want to share one of my favorite comments I have read in reviews so far... “A scrappy Bella is a happy Bella!” LOVE IT—just sayin’. As promised we would share our favorite line with you... Jess’s is: “No, I really didn’t hit her hard. That, or her face was just fat enough that it cushioned the blow,” I say as Dad starts to chuckle. Liz is acting completely irrational. I understand that she doesn't like their relationship, but she should love her daughter enough to want her to be happy. If the relationship isn't strong enough, it will implode on its own. Liz constantly pushing to get them apart is simply pushing them closer together and Bella further away from her. How is Bella going to feel when Liz reveals she is pregnant? At least that is what I got from the "hormonal but can't be on her period" section of the chapter. If I were Bella I would think she was pushing me away so she can focus all her love and attention on the baby she wanted, not the mistake that I was. Just a thought. As for Alice, she has found someone just like her biological father apparently and who knows what is going through her head. So virtually everyone has figured out that Liz (not Renee, who in this story is Bella’s hardly ever mentioned grandmother) is indeed pregnant. Liz is not too old to have a baby, in this story right now she is only 33 years old, women well into their early forties are having babies without worry, so she should be more than safe. Where you all have figured it all out, no one else in the story seems to know, other than Jim of course. Liz is currently out of control; however she will not bend or change anytime soon. Alice is a piece of work, and Bella is upset with her, but still loves her. You will learn more about what is going on with Jasper and Alice soon, we promise. Teaser: I open my eyes to see it is still dark out. I look at the clock and I see it is five in the morning. I look at Edward and he is sound asleep on his stomach with his arms under his head. Even though I knew Santa was real I still was able to have the element of surprise.
“Look at all this stuff,” Alice says with a giddy giggle. “Uncle Edward spoiled the shit out of you. From where I am standing I can count twelve gifts.”
“No way!” I say in a half whisper. I go to her and see my name over and over again. “Are there any stores open? I think I need to go buy him more. I only got him six gifts,” I say as she giggles.
“The gas station is open we can go buy him a box full of Twinkies,” she says as I smile.

Wow... what a turn out for the first chapter so far. I know that this has been an anticipated story for a few people, so we are happy to be posting it for your reading pleasure. The wonderful kick ass banner for this story was made by the very talented and wonderful Stephenie Masen and we just love her to pieces for it. There was a question regarding Carlisle’s age, and I want to be clear on things so there is no confusion. Elizabeth was 14 when she became pregnant with Bella, and Carlisle was 15. After nine months of pregnancy Elizabeth was 15 and Carlisle was 16, hence the fact that Bella is 14 and her mom is 29, and Carlisle is 30. Edward is 31, and Esme is 36. Date: 13 Sep 2012 Title: Chapter 2: Chapter 2
Great chapter. The whole time I'm reading this one I'm remembering my Dad and the rules I had for dating. I was the youngest of three girls. My oldest sister was a homebody and didn't really date. She was your atypical bookworm who read and studied a lot but also played volleyball and sports, not leaving much time for dating. My middle sister was the troublemaker. She snuck out of the house to meet her boyfriend, pregnant and married at 18, gave my parents grey hairs basically. I suffered from her behavior. I was a mix of my sisters by being the bookworm/athlete who had a boyfriend but was the good girl who didn't sneak out of the house to meet up with him. Helps that he didn't live across the street like my sister's boyfriend did. I laughed throughout this chapter thinking about my Dad giving the 'cop' stare to my boyfriend (now my husband of 17years) all through high school. Too funny!
Pas for Edward, he didn't like the competition and he definitely wanted to make sure that she understood to be careful. Somehow I think he will be on Facebook more often this school year!

Another chapter and another great response in reference to the chapter, we are both in such awe of our readers. Both Jess and I are very proud of this storyline and some are already questioning if Ben will be a bad guy and pressure Bella into sex. Well you will get the answers to those questions soon enough, in coming chapters. We all know some won’t be happy, but we are keeping things realistic and with the times. Keep in mind that this is and always will be a Bella and Edward story. There will be some kink, as our girl gets older and she will bring out a side of Edward that even he doesn’t realize he has. Bella is still a typical teenager, high school girl, bratty and selfish and we will be getting to see more of that side of her very shortly. We have had some questions regarding Bella’s age versus Edward’s age, and we just want to be clear that Edward will not be having sex with Bella at any time in this fic, until she is over the age of 18. Great chapter as always and really do nail the bratty teenager perfectly. She is definitely feeling threatened by the realationship the Jim and Elizabeth have formed which is pretty typical of an only child living with a single parent their entire life. As for Ben, him pressuring her for sex is typical high school boy stuff. That is all most of them think about. Hopefully she will talk to Edward about it before they go to Seattle and he will somehow have a little chat with Ben.

I always try to write a little bit of me into every book I write or have a part in writing... So yes I once owned a 1980 Chevy Monte Carlo with factory T-tops and power everything. It had a rebuilt (not stock) 350 with a 4 barrel carburetor man alive that car could SCREAM! She was midnight metallic blue and the interior was white leather. Yep... I say it was a female... I blame it all on her disposition. Okay enough about my personal life... LOL. Many of you are seeing the bratty side of Bella, but keep in mind she is close to seventeen now and she thinks she is in LOVE with Ben. She has these lingering feelings about Edward, but she doesn’t understand them – yet. Bella is territorial about her mom and her time with her. She has always had contact with Carlisle, but while he was in medical school and doing his residency of course there was a lull in just how much time he had to be with her, but he has always been a good father. Great chapter again! I'm disappointed in Bella caving in to Ben's hard sell on having sex but that is reality. I figured she would. Edward is pretty smart so he probably does know that she did but doesn't want to admit it yet. As for Bella's epiphany, I think that it will help the break up along but probably won't be the only reason for her to stop dating Ben. His temper and not trusting her will take care of that for her more than likely. As for the age thing, I don't think it will matter one bit to Bella in the long run. Edward might be another story but Bella will get over it much easier. I'm glad Bella came around to Jim marrying Liz because that shows shenis maturing and will help Edward see her growing up as well. Looking forward to the next update as always.

My face hurts from smiling. I call Esme to talk to her about it, but she doesn’t answer. I get a text from her the second I hang up.
~What’s up? Did you hear about Edward?~
~I did! Where are you?~
~I’m with your dad. The team is having a few drinks to celebrate!~
And just like that I’m reminded that I’m only a kid and I can’t be with them to celebrate such an amazing thing.
~Do you want me to come back? We are right down the street.~
~No, I’m okay. Night.~
Now what will I do with myself? I start watching the TV again as they are showing the series of hits once again. I watch all five hits and the interview again, before my phone dings.
~Edward’s not much of a drinker so he’s staggering back to your room right now.~

And just like that, my night gets a whole lot better. It feels like an hour even though he is walking in the door within ten minutes. I hear the door lock click and I jump up and run to my man. I highly doubt his smile could get any bigger. He drops his bag and I throw my arms around his neck. I giggle as he lifts me of the ground as we hug. I wrap my legs around his middle and don’t let go.

Yes! They are together and Ben is history. Ben turned out to be the jerk I thought he would be, although I figured once he got what he was after he would drop her and then brag about sleeping with her. At least he stuck around. Not saying that was much better but still. I wouldn't want to be Ben if he tries anything with Bella the next time he sees her because Edward just might enjoy practicing his homerun swing on the kid's head. Wow another chapter that has gotten a bunch of awesome reviews almost right away. Thank you all so much for everything you say. We’re seriously loving the reaction this story is pulling from our readers. There are quite a few comments about Carlisle continuing to allow Bella to room with Edward. At this point Carlisle may have suspicions, but he also knows Bella is safe with Edward. I think he wants to believe it is all out of ‘familial’ love that Edward looks after Bella. Even though Bella is seventeen, he doesn’t want her occupying her own room. Edward seems like the lesser of the evils, and Esme is also there coaching him on how it is okay. More about Esme’s back story will surface, and you will all get your answers about her view of marriage. Ben will not sell his story to the press, but that was an awesome idea, and had we not already had an ending for Ben that is even more perfect, we may have used that so KUDOS to TWF24 for the great idea plant. Ben is a jerk right now, but he will eventually revert back to the nice guy Bella thought he was, but we won’t tell you how, just yet. As promised here is a bit of a teaser for you on the next chapter...and of course it is a good teaser too, but subject to changes during beta process.
“They’re here!” I yell as I take off running. As I fling open the door Alice is the first person I see. We throw ourselves at each other. “I missed you! We have so much to talk about.”
“I know!” she says as she lets go of me. “I brought your birthday presents too.”
“Presents!” I say excitedly.
“Yeah! We’ll do that when we go hang in your room,” she tells me as Esme grabs me in a hug. My Dad bear hugs me and heads for the kitchen because he’s starving. I love that he feels so at home here. Edward is the last one through the door and I look behind me before I lean in a kiss him quickly. I let him through the door and he pulls me in for a hug.
“I’ve missed you, Baby,” he says kissing my neck.
“I missed you. I love you,” I whisper to him.
“I love you, too,” he says right back without missing a beat.
“Oh my God,” I hear behind us.

Great chapter! Liz's reaction I initially was probably what any mother who had a child extremely young(or not) would do. However, considering that Bella is responsible enough to be on birth control, she didn't start a relationship with Edward until very recently, her first sexual experience was with a boy her age and she wants to finish schools and go to college; she needs to realize that Bella is not her. Edward won't let Bella make rash decision like someone who is younger than him either. Liz needs to really think about whether sheis willing to loose her daughter over this or if she would rather have her in her house where she can monitor her interactions with the man she is concerned about. She isn't thinking logically but most mothers wouldn't be.

Many of the reviews are stating they’re worried that Edward will pull a New Moon move, but we will not give the answer to that right now, it would take away too much from the next chapter. A lot of you are torn over Liz’s behavior and if she is over the top or not. A lot of people understand where Liz is coming from, yet think she has gone way overboard. Liz is such a witch! I am a mom and I would be worried too, but damn she needs to back off or whe will loose Bella forever. Pushing her will only push her faster in the opposite direction that Liz wants her to go. Me, I would leave for dinner and then follow through with the previous threats of moving out and taking the child support with me to pay rent. It might wake Liz up and make her see that she is going to loose her daughter forever if she doesn't back off.

Well there was speculation that Alice may have gotten pregnant on purpose, and where I can’t answer that right now, that answer will come with the story. Some of you are having troubles reading the whole review reply at FFN, if you go directly to FFN and read there, you will get to read the entire thing, if I get wordy... which is most of the time. Liz is quite a piece of work, and I am assuring you now that the majority of your concerns and questions brought forward from Chapter 9 will be answered in chapter 10. All about Alice and Assper will come out eventually. We will also learn more about Garrett/Gary in the future when Bella talks to Esme herself. There are a lot of things to come yet in the story, and we sure are super stoked that you all are liking it so much. Teaser for chapter 10: “Baby, we need to do something about your mother,” Edward says on his last night with me.
“I know, but I don’t know what else there is to do.”
“Maybe we could go out to dinner with her and Jim?” he asks as I shrug my shoulders. I really didn’t think anything was going to work. “Well, we need to do something.”
“Let’s run away and get married and then she can’t say a word about anything,” I say as he kisses my temple.
“As tempting as that is, I don’t think that would work. She would probably hate me even more,” he says with a laugh.
“We can try, but I don’t see her even being nice about anything.”
“Call her and ask if they want to meet up with us for lunch tomorrow,” he says as I nod. I check the time to make sure that it isn’t too late to call. I would feel bad for waking her up.
“Bella, are you okay?” she answers in a panicky tone.
“Yes, I’m okay. Are you okay?” I ask with a giggle.
“Why are you calling so late?”
“It’s only ten, Old Lady,” I say as we laugh.
“Oh hush, it feels later than that,” she says with more laughter. “Was there something you needed?”

Love this chapter. I'm not real surprised by how Bella found out and her reaction was warranted after the way Liz has treated her. Sheis right, all Liz ever does is call having a child at a young age a mistake. When you are that child, how else would you feel when hearing that? Do I think that they will reconcile, probably but it'd tke a long time for me to forgive and understand the way Liz has treated Bella ( if I were Bella). I'd bet money that Edward will have a big part in helping them reconcile. See ya next time.

Wow the overall consensus is that Liz is a class ‘A’ number one royal bitch, and well we would have to agree. Some question how Jim could have been under the impression that Liz had told Bella. Liz and James had chosen to not tell everyone yet, but he thought that Liz would have at least told Bella. Isn’t ironic that James in our story is such a decent guy? There was some questions regarding Esme and Carlisle and if they will ever marry. Esme is against marriage and more on that will come into the story in later chapters. “Are you allowed to move around?”
“Yeah, but I don’t think I can walk,” she says with a groan.
“Here, let me help you. Don’t worry, you don’t have to walk.” I take her hand and I have her sit up with her legs hanging off the bed. She sighs at the different position. I climb on the bed and start to massage her back. She moans and sighs again as I move my hands over her bare back.
“Where did you learn this?” she asks with a moan and wince together.
“Am I hurting you?”
“No, the contractions are getting closer,” she says with ragged breath. “You’re making me feel better.”
“Edward taught me how to do this. Spring training took a toll on him,” I say quietly as I make small circles on her lower back.
“That’s nice,” she says with a groan as she sits up straight. “Get a doctor, I have to push.” I jump off the bed so fast that I feel like I’m running around with my head cut off. Before I can get to the door, the nurse I had been talking with comes in.
“Her contractions are really close,” she says to me as I nod.
“I was just coming to get someone. She says she needs to push,” I say as she nods.

A lot of you are worried that we will let Edward become a cheater and that he will step out on Bella, but let us assure you of one thing that this story will not have and that is Edward screwing someone else on the side. With that said, not everything will be peaches and cream all the time, they are still working out the learning curve of living together. They are also working on being together all the time at home, not out on the road traveling for games, and all that stuff. As for the marriage issue, between Bella and Edward – we are not saying that marriage will never happen – Bella is only 18, marriage just isn’t her priority. Well we are again so pleased by the turn out and response to this chapter. Yes Bella will be a tad bitchy in the next chapter, but she has her reasons. Let’s see how Edward handles it. A whole lot, like 99.8% of you are begging for more Daddy-Kink, and we want to share that where they role-play, it will not be all daddy-kink... With that said, there will continue to be daddy-kink in the story, and there will be play on the age difference. There will be time jumps, but they will start to lessen in amounts of time. There is quite a bit of story yet to go. We’re loving all the comments about Jasper and the ways you think he should be handled. I can’t wait to hear all your thoughts after Chapter 20 posts. My first thought is to knock his ass off the couch, but then he will probably follow me around and try to talk to me, and that is really the last thing I want right now. I somehow manage to get off the couch without waking him, and go to start the coffee before heading up the stairs to get ready for the day. By the time I am done in the shower, I hear Char crying and I know that my mom and Jim are up.
Just as I am about to walk out of the bedroom, I see the air horn that I bought sitting on the dresser. I bite my lip and think twice before I pick it up. What can I say... the bitch on my shoulder is rooting me on. Knowing what’s about to happen makes my day a whole lot better. I head down the stairs with a little pep in my step, and walk to the couch. I peek over to make sure he is still sleeping, and when I see that he is, I give the can a little shake and brace myself. I press the button long enough for it to let out a startling honk. I watch with a smug smile on my face as he flips off the couch, hitting his funny bone on the coffee table. Not so funny, is it? We make eye contact for a split second before I turn for the kitchen.
“That was very uncalled for, Isabella,” he says as he storms up the stairs. I high five the little bitch on my shoulder as I throw together some sort of breakfast. Jim walks in a little later with Char as my mother follows them.
“Bella, did you set off a smoke detector?” Jim asks as he makes himself a cup of coffee.

“I thought we were going shopping,” I say laughing.
“You made me wait too long,” he says as we laugh more. “How’s Alice?”
“Good, I guess, she will be here for Thanksgiving. She’s really busy and what not with school. Why?” I ask. He seems weird, like he knows something that I don’t.
“Do you find it peculiar that she never talks about Landon on Facebook?” he asks. I wasn’t sure why he was so worried.
“I don’t know. Why are you asking such a thing?” I ask as he shrugs.
“I just think it’s weird. Your mom posts a new pic of Char like every day, and Alice doesn’t even say one word about Landon,” he says as I take my turn to shrug.
“Everyone is different.”
“Fine, I guess. Maybe I’m so lonely that I’m over thinking things. But still, I think you should really talk with her when she’s here,” he says pointing his manicured nail at me. “So, tell me what’s been going on with you.”
I have the best time with Jake. We never end up going shopping, but we do have the best conversation. We talk about everything and it was very overdue talk. Jake has a new boyfriend and I can’t wait to meet him. He told me he was going to try to bring him to Thanksgiving dinner. I knew if his boyfriend could handle a family dinner at my house than he was worth keeping around.
We have pizza for dinner and Alice never shows up. She is acting so weird and no one seems to know what is going on with her. I don’t even know who she is anymore. She’s not the fun loving girl I first met. Esme got a call from Alice asking her where we were. She must have had a lot on her mind since she flew all the way to St. Louis instead of here.

I loved it! I can honestly say I didn't see that coming until Jake brought up the Facebook thing. What do I think will happen next? I think Esme and Carlisle will start to have problems because of his schedule and having to raise a baby, so Edward is going to ask Bella if they can adopt Landon. Hence, the Edward POV. Am I close? Well it seems to be the general consensus that everyone thinks Alice is a nit-wit. Many of you think that she is run off to be with Jasper. A few of you think post-partum depression. There will be lots of answers and clue along the way over the next few chapters. Things will really roll along here story line wise. Many of you are thinking that Bella and Edward will end up raising Landon. I will tell you this much for 100% sure, Bella and Edward will not be raising Landon. Things are going to be a tad bit sticky here for a little while, but don’t give up on Bella and Edward. They have some growing pains to get past, and maybe a tantrum or two as well. Teaser: “Wanna go pick out a Christmas tree with me?” I ask Corin as we walk out of our last final. School is done for the year and I’m so happy.
“I would love to! Can I help you decorate too?” she asks very excitedly.
“Yeah, but we have to go see Edward so we can get more money. He doesn’t have any decorations at the house,” I tell her as her eyes go wide. “That and I haven’t seen him in three days, so it will be a treat in itself.”

“Yeah, I threw a fit the last time we were together, so who knows if he will even give me more money,” I say remembering the spanking he gave for being a brat. In my defense though, he had it coming, so I took the spanking for the fact that was the most attention I had gotten from in since Thanksgiving.
Alice was to blame because everyone was so worried about her. I even met Garrett, and what a treat that was, and of course he was pissed. I did not want to be on the receiving end of that fight. He said he couldn’t wait to get his hands on Alice, but Esme called dibs. I have never seen Esme so mad before in my life, even my dad who always was able to calm her was having issues. My dad has been amazing though with Landon, and it brought back memories for me when I was little. Edward talked about flying out to LA, but he never did. I was thinking of going and finding her, but I knew Edward would never let me go by myself and he didn’t have time to do anything.

Well hopefully after the next chapter things will be smoother for you all. Edward is still very much hated by the majority and I don’t know how to alleviate any of that hatred without giving away any of the story. Things in the story do cycle fast from here and there are only a total of 27 chapters in this story as a whole. So basically there will be a whole lot of info in the next few chapters. There will be some time skips because some things we would rather not dwell on and make each person suffer through. The closest I've had to a stalker is a student who came to my class in the middle of the year in 5th grade from juvenile detention. He was in my class for the remainder of the school year. That summer he went back to juvenile detention. When he was released and returned to our school, he would leave class without permission and come stand in my doorway or my classroom and stare at me. He's the only student I have ever been afraid of. Add to the creepy behavior the fact they won't tell you why they were in juvenile detention.
