I read through the end of these chapters (32) and I must say this is one of the most original and greatest stories I've have read. I will go back and give 10 for each chapter. For me to sit down and read these many chapters in one day and not read several stories at a time is almost unheard of. I read at least 12 hours a day if not more. I have to say that I have a feeling it is something similar as staying away from the white light.
Something bad is going to happen to Bella where she will be ending up fighting for her life and everyone is going to be sitting around waiting to see if she makes it.

On a side note, I actually made the soup mentioned and it was really good. I made it a second time and put chicken in it and it was very good.

Overall I think Leah's reaction to Bella finding happiness 'so soon' after losing Jake is a perfect example of not knowing the inside of another's life and pain. It is not as though those who know would want to taint Jacob's memory by broadcasting the truth. Therefore, Bella must suffer the insults of the small minded so long as she remains in her former home town.
I am so incredibly pleased with this time away for Bella and Edward. It is like taking a honeymoon before becoming engaged! Not that I think marriage is on either person's radar at this time, at least not conciously.
