Wow, did not seem that long but am glad your back...that was so funny, Emmett's comments as he is running out of the room calling for Carlise...I nearly fell off the chair I was laughing so much. I had this image of him skipping as he ran just like a 3 year old going to tell. Great  chapter.

Great Chapter! The scene where they are parking and get caught was hilarious and the scene in front of the fire was incredibly hawt. I think my computer started to smoke and it didn't have anything to do with being near a fire . . .

I'm really looking forward to the return of the Cullens. I can imagine that there's going to be some great fun and relentless teasing!

great chapter, loved Bella and Edwards last night alone together, it was well written and very sweet and romantic. I found the cop scene highly entertaining, not to mention Emmett at the end. I can't wait to see what happens next, especially now the Cullens are Back, and every one has to go back to school. I also look forward to your new story. What another great chapter.  I love that you took this story down a different path or "fork" as you put it.  I like the stories that go into his past and tell about his human life as a young man and boy.  You definately have a wonderful storyline going - I can't wait for more chapters.  Thank you.

The Laurent/Victoria back story was interesting and well done. But the action in the cottage was so "HAWT!" From the dirty talk to the pervy pictures and then the BJ, it was all perfect. You always manage to keep these scenes equal parts sexy, playful, and humorous. It's a talent!

Finally, someone acknowledges that Edward was from the EDWARDIAN era and was not VICTORIAN ! LOVED IT!

im not mad that bella said no i think she did the right thing by saying no if she had said yes edward would of thought that he could dictate to bella when and if she is ever changed but that might be a mute point because she might be changed by laurent before edward can get to he i cant wait to see what happens next so please update soon

I think Bella was right to react to the proposal the way she did. Yet, I also loved the way she was second-guessing herself at the end of the chapter and worrying about Edward's feelings. It all fit so well with the Bella you've written.

I loved the way Alice left photos for Edward and how that led him to acknowledge both the reality of his loneliness before Bella and the hope that she offers for his future: a future that is no longer lonely and empty.

wonderful chapter.l it is great to see Edward coming to terms with his past, not to mention the idea that he still has a soul and a little bit of Teddy still inside. Like Bella said, he's Teddy grown up. I also loved how Bella was able to comfort Edward, and how they were able to talk about there future together, and while Bella maynot marry him tomorrow, I have the feeling she will say yes, as long as there is a long engagement attatched.

I enjoyed the chapter, plus the sexy interlude.  It was nice seeing a snippet of Edward's family history.
