I was born with a story to tell. I have been lucky enough to be a sports writer, a crime reporter, a feature writer and indie music reporter where I have met the good, the bad and the inspiring, sharing their stories with the world. Now I write fan fiction, where I spend most of my time with Edward Cullen.

I have always been a reader and lover of all types of books. When I met Edward for the first time, in Twilight, his character inspired me to finally finish something that didn’t live on the front page of the newspaper. Stephenie Meyer's 'Midnight Sun' (Twilight from Edward's Point of View) was leaked over the internet and she never finished it. I felt lost, as did many of my friends, without the closure of Edward's story. I decided I would finish it (I am a bit of a control freak) and was determined to follow Meyer's style and form for continuity and, because, it was her Edward we all fell in love with.

Edward trusted me and so our relationship began. I wrote “Completion of Midnight Sun”. Then I had to know what he did while he was away during New Moon, so I wrote 'Black Moon'. That was a very cathartic writing experience and very emotionally taxing. I take my writing seriously and it is a process. I took myself where Edward went and it was a very dark place. Thank you to all of my readers and friends, and especially my Beta ForksPixie for getting me through that one. It was so worth it to me. I hope it is to all who read it as well.

Now I am writing 'Shroud' (Eclipse EPOV), which has taken me longer than I planned because, as it often does, life has gotten in the way. Eclipse is my favorite book and I have been anxious to get the chance to write this story from EPOV. Do not worry. Stick with me. I will stick with Edward and with you. I am dedicated to this story but I won’t rush it. I won’t force a chapter out or rush it in between dramatic moments in my life. It comes when I can spend quality time with Edward but I will not abandon it.

I have also ventured off a bit, still in the canon world, by telling Edward and Bella’s story if they had met in 1918 as humans, before the outbreak of Spanish Influenza. That Boy is a one-shot that was inspired from a moving journal entry Edward made in Shroud. I also had the wonderful opportunity for Alice to share with me the days leading up to when she met Jasper and the moment fate brought them together in that diner in Philadelphia in Love Waits. And finally, Rosalie came to me and told me about the day she saved Emmett from the bear outside Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

In January, I will post Victim Zero, a one-shot donated to Fandom for Texas. It is canon, as nearly everything I write is. However, it is not the Edward you are used to me writing. It is the Edward leaves Carlisle and Edward in 1927 to hunt as a true vampire. It is true to what Stephenie Meyer said Edward did (I would never be anything but true to who he is) but it will be a departure from what you are used to. It comes with warnings. Please read them. Please head them and if you dare, please read it. I don’t want to scare my readers away but I do want them to see a bit of Edward’s dark side, so look for that.

I haven’t been updating Peas and Carrots, my blog with my fabulous Beta, ForksPixie, without whom none of these stories would exist. I will try to work on that very soon. But you can find banners, playlists and her story, Visions of Our Destiny there (but you can also find that sexy Jasper/Bella fic here and I highly recommend it.)

I try to work on stories in real life but get distracted. Right now I am excited to be working on my own show with www.butterfliesradio.com where I plan to host my own version of Twitter Tuesday Live, European Edition. Check out the fastest growing radio station on the internet, where they feature indie artists, like Sam Bradley, from all over the world.
