Wow what a chapter of an emotional roller coaster! The paragraph where she looked at the door and she longed for escape at the same time as accepting death, even perhaps welcoming it...that was intense. Also coping with all these sick (yet gorgeous) guys in love with her and knowing her life she once had is over...even the rest of the world has given up looking for her. How anyone could stay any kind of sane I don't know. I love your incorporation of music into this story. I connect to powerful lyrics like others do with scripture.

This review touched me. I have never in my life wrote something that I loved this much and people are finally reviewing which is great. I'm sorry if this reply is inchoherent, I'm drunk and i just took m Xanxan. I have wondered as this story story had too much music in it but he felt right so I keep including it. I feel the same with lyrics, the bible is just weird and confusing to me.Thanks for this wonderful reivew

All your work is thought provoking and requires the reader to explore all levels of emotion...the evil and goodness that exists in everyone. That naturally will rub some the wrong way, but that is exactly what true art is...You are amazing and I hope you never stop or change for anyone. I'm enjoying the vampire characters and the endless possibilities this can open the door to. I love the unique "powers" you give to your supes...Your other stories with supernatural abilities are always fun and surprising. This setting is nice and creepy too. I hope you get inspired by this story because it's great, and I am personally wishing you continue the Song of Steel and Silk (I loved that tormented Eric).

Me too actually. People have been asking me for ages to do a supernatural story and I finally caved. Thanks, the powers are fun to come up with. Yes the setting is almost like a character in and of its self. I'm getting there thanks to kick ass reviews like this. I'm on the fence about Steel as I recently got blasted by a ton of people over it. So I will probably be deleting that or giving it a final chapter soon. Thanks for this review, you rock!

Wow what a fantastic chapter, my favorite one yet. Very emotional and introspective. It seems that letting go of your worries allowed you get to back to the matter at hand of writing a good story and develop the characters to a much greater extent. Keep up the good work...(and I like your dark lemons for what it's worth).
