Glad you liked it, Judy. I spoke to quite a few women regarding the issue you bring up concerning recognizing touches, etc. Especially the oral sex part, when it happens. Of all the women I internvewed, they said that they would not be able to tell, nor would they even think about it. They said they would be in the moment with the one they are with. I think this totally makes sense because I wouldn't be able to tell the difference either and nor would I compare one man to another. I believe it's because we are reading this issue in the this story that we expect it when, in reality, it wouldn't happen unless Bella was actually looking for something comparable. Which she is not. I hope this makes sense. You and I think a lot alike on many issues that it's beyond uncanny. I believe if you honestly think about this, it will make sense to you. Yes, things would have to be the same, however, Anthony and Bella didn't kiss much. Only a few times, really. As I explained to another reader, I interviewed quite a few women on this subject, women who are not readers of this story and they feel that they wouldn't even think about comparing men. That they would be in the moment of who they are with. This makes total sense to me, but I feel it's because as we read this story, we expect her to compare when she probably wouldn't.
