LOL Jasper is definitely on the gossipy side, but it's more so he can process what he's feeling in relation to the bet, which is guilt and doubt. I definietly agree with you though, men are way worse when it comes to keeping secrets! I was worried that her change of heart might throw people off, but at the end of the day, I think it fits perfectly for said situation. In all honesty, the story took a turn here that I never saw it coming (I've had it mapped out in my head in its entirety for months), but so far I'm happy with the outcome and the response it's gotten. I'm looking forward to what's ahead, cause I think all the characters will really start to shine.

LOL ... Jasper can't keep his lips sealed at all, for various reasons. I do believe that he might have some consequences to deal with in the future, and not only from Alice! ;)

I'm glad you laughed at the Twin and Rocky thing. I had NO IDEA what to put in there for her big secret, and his wasn't even a huge big secret (I just thought of all my guy friends and how embarrassed the ones who get pedicures are of the fact), but I thought it was amusing. And it stems from another inside story I have with friends, so I enjoyed having the chance to incorporate it into a fic. :)

Awww, I try not to go too heavy on the angst! I completely understand though, I've had to do that in the past with the some of the fics I've read too. :) I'll try to keep the next set of chapters light and entertaining. There will eventually be some intense angsty moments, but not for quite a ways.

I'll be posting the first few outtakes for this story on TWCS tomorrow, and that will start to shine more light on Jessica and Edward. The good stuff won't be coming in those for a while, but I think the first one gives a good idea of just how different Edward was when he was younger and Jessica was a part of his life.

Oh boo hoo Jessica must have been in love with the player and it didn't work out. So he is going to hurt anyone else for that. I hate that little tale. I have heard it too often. We should always be cautious but to treat everyone as they are underneath us because of one other person...........it is dumb.
Bella is being smart, wait till she finds out she is just a play for a house. He will hurt her and move right on.
