I like your concept and want to keep reading.
One question though. "YOUR MINE" should be spelled "You're mine," since you are combining the words "You are" into a contraction. Since this is a very common error, I can't tell if you misspelled it on purpose or not.
The misspelling is actually kind of funny. Spelled like that it looks like she's telling him that a mine (of the coal or gold variety) belongs to him.

Keep in mind that it has only been just a few short days in the whole thing since the stalkers presence has been outted, and there was never any real issues to make them think there was a violent stalker before now. Only the readers are getting a look see into the mind of the stalker. The building has 6 other apartments besides Alice and Jaspers and Edwards. The second floor tenants are Bella, Mrs cope, and Emmett, roose and their daughter Bree. The first floor tenants have been vaguely mentioned, but only one apartment on the first floors tenants was actually named and that is Jessica. But who lives in the other two apartments? There is lots of good chapters coming. Thanks for reading and reviewing.

We love our crazy high strung Alice, and she is excited to finally see her twin brother have a female in his apartment. This is so out of character for Edward. The stalker is a crazy bitch, we agree, but we also enjoy writing her because she is so OUT THERE. She has keys to the back door of the building because she stold Edward's keys from the gym and copied them. None of the regular tenants have keys to the back door, it is like a service entry into the building. But I will not discount your throy on Jess, nor will I confirm it.
Where would the fun be, if we gave you the name of the stalker now? The mystery behind who it is, gives the story that much more of a creepy factor. keep in mind that you as the reader of this story have way more knowledge than the police in the story have. You right now can eliminate 3 people, 1 of those will be arrested soon. Scary, but the police aren't up to speed. Something tells me that our stalker will rather enjoy watching someone else being arrested for her dirty work.
