Wow, not often you don't get her already knowing what she is in for. Kinda a nice change and not as expected. So many times we find Edward spilling his guts to her about all of it or her cornering him about knowing what he is, but such a nice departure from the cannon. Refreshing. Having worked in ICU for many years I have seen many parents just like Charlie it's sad to say, but people withdraw for a multitude of reasons.
And having Edward use "love" so frequently I think is endearing and beautiful!!!
Very tender, compassionate chapter, but time is running out for Bella and Edward better strat being honest and up front with the lady, she obviously is in love with him.

Alice is just the right mix of minx, pixie and dictator, great jpb. I'm surprised that Carlis isn't a little more supportive though, he is usually so concerned about Edward's happiness.
All in all this is a great story, and if Edward doesn't get it after Bella is calling out his name in her sleep then I'm going to ask Emmett to kick his ass.

I loved it! Plus who is to say that SM was not thinking something along the same lines? She left the smut out of her books and kept it rated PG13. I think it is possible. He only made out with Tanya. The elation felt by Edward is amazing!!
I can only hope that his happiness continues to grow along with Bellas. You know Edward always looks at his glass as half empy, and Bella looks at hers as half full they really need together.
I have met people like Bella that are suffering from incredibly devasting conditions but with amazing upbeat attitudes and totally selfless, they generally put the average person to shame.
This is an extremely sensitive story, with growing undertones of tenderness and love!!

You know there is aways something compelling about depressed Edward, I don't know if its the desire to offer comfort, or just that no one that goregous should be that lonely.
Your writing is so effective I think of these characters as truly feeling these emotions.

Although sad I have to say that when i stumbled on to this story and of what I have read I love it! I am so glad that you are doing this from Edward's point of view. Too many stories of the ff world are told through the eyes of Bella. You are doing a wonderful job and I am eagerly awaiting the next chapter. I can't wait to see what will happen next and more importantly how the Cullen family will deal Edward falling for a sick Bella. Will Rose accept Bella more freely becuase of her illness? We all know how Alice nad Emmett will react! How will Esme feel knowing that Edward has now found love? So many emotions......How will Jasper handle it all? I've come to terms with the fact that I write well in a man's POV. lol. Out of my nine stories, only one was written from Bella's POV. Hmm.. what does that say about me? I don't think I want to analyze that right now. ;)
