Nope, not a dream. If it was a dream, he wouldn't have felt her hymen "knowing" that she's already been with Emmett....which we know she hasn't. I think he fell asleep after and she snuck out so they wouldn't be caught.
Next? I expect some exchange between them, he blushing, etc. that will make him realize what happened.
Now, though, he must tell Emmett about his feelings. Maybe Emmett will let him know about him and Rose, too. It's more obvious now. I'm just now sure if Emmett has set them up to be together, Edward/Bella. If he has and Bella knew, Edward might feel a little betrayed by them both.

Yes, waiting for Emmett and Bella to break up is taking forever, and I get that you're setting up a longer story here, but I really question what is going on between Emmett and Bella? So far it's all supposition on behalf of Edward, so we don't really know if Emmett and Bella are really having sex, if they're really in love or if they really feel the same about each other. Edward just assumes that this is what is going on - but is it? I would love to know for sure the true nature of their relationship, because to me it seems like they're best friends...
OK, bring it on - Edward's angst is getting to me and if he's not going to sleep with Tia, then he needs to get laid by someone! If he's really committed to not screwing up his son's relationship, he needs to find someone else to be with so he won't go nuts.
