I for one find this story very well done so far. I'm not upset with you guys for the turn that this story has taken. It's complicated and I was prepared for what was coming based on the title of the story. I'm writing a very complicated story myself so I know that things aren't always black and white. I'm amazed that Bella didn't blow Emmett's cover to for the sake of her own needs. My mind is going round and round right now... The only thing I can think of is that Emmett has a lot of talking and explaining pending with Edward, and so does Roes.
as for Bella, my heart is breaking for her, feeling truly alone and finding yourself in the moment when you truly are alone... It sucks BIG tome. I've been there, and as much as I would love to say it's just a slump you'll get out of soon enough, it isn't like that always. There are other slumps that seem to reel you in, wadding through them is possible but tough. Bella is a really tough gal and I'm sure she can wade her way out of the slump maze. And that the people, especially Rose and Tia, that can be with her will get there ASAP since they might be a bit late already.
