haha, I only just figured out how to add pictures! I've put them at the beginning of the story. I picture her hair curlier, but I couldn't find anything else that captured her better. Also I never talk about Xander with facial hair (except for stubble) but I imagine he'd look just yummy like this...

When I saw your warning at the beginning of the chapter my first instinct was to skip it. You are a wonderful writer. I started reading and couldn't stop. I was in awe of the strength of these two. My family/friends I'm visiting are scattered on all sides of the Phoenix area; Surprise, Glendale, Mesa, Apache Junction, Sedona. I lived in Glendale as a child for about 8 years, and then again about 4 years ago for a year. I love Arizona and would live there again in a heartbeat (and intend to if I can ever afford to retire, LOL!) My best friend and I will be near Tucson next week; we're going to explore Kartcher Caverns State Park. Have you been? Thanks for the tip about allergy meds. I have terrible seasonal allergies and with the mild winter we had here in Washington everything has bloomed much earlier than usual so mine are driving me crazy! I'm just excited to see my family and spend my birthday with them (23rd) and drink lots of wine with my big sis! :)

As I read, I feel tense and anxious for this couple. You really write emotionally raw dialogue. Hunter brings the thought of Xander possibly being unfaithful and how he would feel so badly disappointed if he did. I hope you do not go this route.
It would be very interesting to see Xander remain faithful while they struggle to get back to a loving serene place. I feel they were both complicit in enabling Caleb's actions and Olivia would again be emotionally brutalized if her husband committed adultery. I don't know if I could continue to read on even with being enthralled by your writing style.
By the way, I really appreciate your quick updates. I am embarrassed to admit that I kept checking on Easter for an update. Thanks for the Easter treat!

I believe that Xander and Olivia have been through enough pain to last five lifetimes! That doesn't mean there won't be more turmoil and heartache, but in the end, what I love most is writing about their love story. I really want them to have their 'happily ever after', so we'll see where they take me next!
I'll keep writing if you keep reading! It was so nice to see a new name...I've been secretly wondering if it's the same half dozen people re-reading over and over again! (Just kidding; that's a lot of re-reading!)
