I'm a 33 year old mother of two beautiful girls. One is almost 3 years old and the other one is 6 months old. I am married to the love of my life, have been since 2005, but we've been together since 1998.

I saw Twilight on DVD for the first time when it came out last March and then started reading the books. My friend suggested I read it and she loved the whole series. To be honest I've never been much of a reader and I had the first book sitting on my nightstand for months before I finally cracked it open. Once I did, I was done with all four books in a week and a half. From then on I've been hooked. I read all four books again a few times after that before I started in on the fan fiction and now I am hooked on that as well. I think watching the movie first actually made the books better for me. I see each character as who they are in the movie and to be honest I couldn't think of anyone better. I saw New Moon opening night, waited in the 6 hour lines with my girlfriends and saw it 2 more times after that.

My husband makes fun of my obsession with the series, saying that Edward, or Edgar as he likes to call him, is gay because he sparkles and refuses to read the books even though I am sure he would get some enjoyment out of them if he actually read them.
