aaaahhhhh. It feels as if I just started reading this and now I have to stop. What a different and crazy story. It make my heart hurt because I know that this really happens out there in our world. The torture some have to go through on a daily basis is sickining.
A couple of years ago we went to Estonia and ended up going into a history museum. We saw all sorts of torture devises including chastity belts. They were some of the most scary pieces of metal we have seen. Between my daughter and myself we could hardly believe women survive such things, and the dirtyness alone was sickining. But hey, watch out if some guy wanted to rape the woman...some of the claws on those things would surely cure a man of any desire.

This was such a bitter sweet chapter. I mean with the beating but the little smile and wink at the end. I really am hoping that E & B get out of there before Aro's sick seed planting. But, I am sure it will not be that easy, right?
As I read this I can see such innocence in Bella's eyes, and I know she still has some memories of her past, thank God. But I am lost about her memory with the wooden spoon and the child. Maybe it is something that you haven't touched on yet, I may have to go back and read again to make sure I didn't miss something (but my brain is all forgetful these days anyway so who knows)
