Wow, what another outstanding bunch of reviews we have gotten for this chapter. Want to address some things to cover a lot of comments and questions. Yes jasper is a *INSERT YOUR OWN CHOICE WORD HERE*, and as much as Jess and I both really like Jasper as a character as a whole we wanted to make him not a nice guy for once. As for non-cannon pairings, we have Elizabeth and James, we have Jake as a gay man, and we have a surprise upcoming, but we want to be very clear this is an EDWARD AND BELLA story, therefore they will be together and cannon, well as cannon as they can be, with our changes of age, humanity, and attitudes. Alice really is pregnant, and Jasper really is the father. Bella and Edward were keeping their relationship low key and not out in the spotlight, because they are not sure if Liz does or doesn’t remember, and they don’t want to ruin her wedding day. (Besides, we had Jasper and Alice to make a scene... LOL.) There will be more time jumps and drama ahead, but fear not we are working on keeping this story a nice mix between drama and hilarity. “First of all, it is none of your business!” I yell at her. “Second of all I put myself on birth control long ago. And thirdly I did have sex with Ben, he was unfortunately my first. Even though I was stupid enough to make him my first, I was smart enough to take care of my own birth control. Oh and for the record, I always made Ben wear a condom and pull out. I do not want a child right now and as for Edward, he respects that.”

Wow another chapter that has gotten a bunch of awesome reviews almost right away. Thank you all so much for everything you say. We’re seriously loving the reaction this story is pulling from our readers. There are quite a few comments about Carlisle continuing to allow Bella to room with Edward. At this point Carlisle may have suspicions, but he also knows Bella is safe with Edward. I think he wants to believe it is all out of ‘familial’ love that Edward looks after Bella. Even though Bella is seventeen, he doesn’t want her occupying her own room. Edward seems like the lesser of the evils, and Esme is also there coaching him on how it is okay. More about Esme’s back story will surface, and you will all get your answers about her view of marriage. Ben will not sell his story to the press, but that was an awesome idea, and had we not already had an ending for Ben that is even more perfect, we may have used that so KUDOS to TWF24 for the great idea plant. Ben is a jerk right now, but he will eventually revert back to the nice guy Bella thought he was, but we won’t tell you how, just yet. As promised here is a bit of a teaser for you on the next chapter...and of course it is a good teaser too, but subject to changes during beta process.
“They’re here!” I yell as I take off running. As I fling open the door Alice is the first person I see. We throw ourselves at each other. “I missed you! We have so much to talk about.”
“I know!” she says as she lets go of me. “I brought your birthday presents too.”
“Presents!” I say excitedly.
“Yeah! We’ll do that when we go hang in your room,” she tells me as Esme grabs me in a hug. My Dad bear hugs me and heads for the kitchen because he’s starving. I love that he feels so at home here. Edward is the last one through the door and I look behind me before I lean in a kiss him quickly. I let him through the door and he pulls me in for a hug.
“I’ve missed you, Baby,” he says kissing my neck.
“I missed you. I love you,” I whisper to him.
“I love you, too,” he says right back without missing a beat.
“Oh my God,” I hear behind us.

Well it seems to be the general consensus that everyone thinks Alice is a nit-wit. Many of you think that she is run off to be with Jasper. A few of you think post-partum depression. There will be lots of answers and clue along the way over the next few chapters. Things will really roll along here story line wise. Many of you are thinking that Bella and Edward will end up raising Landon. I will tell you this much for 100% sure, Bella and Edward will not be raising Landon. Things are going to be a tad bit sticky here for a little while, but don’t give up on Bella and Edward. They have some growing pains to get past, and maybe a tantrum or two as well. Teaser: “Wanna go pick out a Christmas tree with me?” I ask Corin as we walk out of our last final. School is done for the year and I’m so happy.
“I would love to! Can I help you decorate too?” she asks very excitedly.
“Yeah, but we have to go see Edward so we can get more money. He doesn’t have any decorations at the house,” I tell her as her eyes go wide. “That and I haven’t seen him in three days, so it will be a treat in itself.”
“Three days?!” she asks knowing that is not normal for us.
“Yeah, I threw a fit the last time we were together, so who knows if he will even give me more money,” I say remembering the spanking he gave for being a brat. In my defense though, he had it coming, so I took the spanking for the fact that was the most attention I had gotten from in since Thanksgiving.
Alice was to blame because everyone was so worried about her. I even met Garrett, and what a treat that was, and of course he was pissed. I did not want to be on the receiving end of that fight. He said he couldn’t wait to get his hands on Alice, but Esme called dibs. I have never seen Esme so mad before in my life, even my dad who always was able to calm her was having issues. My dad has been amazing though with Landon, and it brought back memories for me when I was little. Edward talked about flying out to LA, but he never did. I was thinking of going and finding her, but I knew Edward would never let me go by myself and he didn’t have time to do anything.

A lot of you think that Alice is on drugs, dating Jasper, suffering from Post Pardon Depression, or just generally unstable ... well—we promise to have your answers to you within the next few chapters. The next update will send a few people into a tizzy, however again we ask that you trust us—because the chapter has a lot of reasoning for the future in it for Bella and Edward. Teaser: “Bella, I’m home,” I hear Edward yell from downstairs.
He was telling the truth when he said things would calm down on the work front after the New Year. Now that he had more of a set schedule, he was lazy when he was home. I was going to school, cleaning, and cooking. He was working but that was all. At first I was cool with it because I like to take care of him. I have been asking and asking to go out and do something together, though. He keeps telling me no, so I’m taking matters into my own hands.
Corin and I are going to Under Twenty-One. It’s a dance club for people under twenty-one. Edward could go if he wanted to, but I highly doubt he would. I hear him walking up the stairs just as I finish getting dressed. I have on a pair of tight, low rise jeans and a band shirt that shows off my figure. I know I have a nice body and I think I look hot.
“Where are you going looking like that?” Edward asks as he starts to undress.
“Corin and I are going to Under Twenty-One,” I tell him as he starts to laugh. “Why are you laughing?”
“Because you actually think I’m letting you go there without me,” he says as he throws his dirty clothes in the basket.
“Oh... so you’re going to come with me?” I ask, hopeful that he is really going to go.
“No; I worked all day and we have to be up early because we will have Landon all day tomorrow,” he tells me.
“Yeah, I know. I won’t be out really late,” I say as I head for the bathroom. Edward doesn’t say anything else right away, so I finish doing my makeup and hair.
Edward and Bella met in High School. After graduation they lost contact and went on with their life. Years later they meet again. Both have a lot of secrets.
