After unexpectedly being given an antique desk and finding a letter written by Edward to his cousin over nine decades earlier in a hidden compartment, Bella, on a whim, decides to respond and starts them on a journey neither could have ever imagined.

Yes, at long last, its vampire Edward! I skipped over the intervening years becasue this is very much the Edward and Bella show. There are some side shows, but they are the main attraction, and I didn't want to basically leave Bella drifting in space while while bringing Edward through the past nine decades. It won't be too much longer till they meet, I promise! I think I've put them through enought already!
