I liked this chapter, although I found that Edward was being sort of mood-swinging-y at the beginning. Then again, he was drinking.
The one annoying thing about reading this chapter was how all the paragraphs were really spaced out, so it looked like it was going to be twice as long as it was. I was all excited...

Whew! I am glad Carlisle is dead and Dmitri too. That was a very neat way of handling the whole affair. It was so interesting to see through Carlisle eyes; he really was insane. I'm now anxiously awaiting Bella's HEA.

I just also wanted to say how wonderful a job you're doing with Jasper, and the whole realizing this is wrong thing. I reread the first four chapters before reading this one and it's just so realistic that he could be that way and still change, even without someone there to help him along, like he is to Edward later.

This story picks up from the moment in New Moon when Jacob has driven Bella home after the cliff diving incident, right before he catches the scent of Alice. Only in this telling, Alice wasn't looking, so there's no sudden appearance at Bella's house, no Rosalie calling Edward and sending him on a suicidal mission to Volterra, and no reason for Bella to do anything but believe that Edward didn't love her anymore. This is simply a story of what might have happened if everyone stayed mostly in character and Edward's return was delayed. Yes, delayed. Because we all know that he was "this close" to coming back on his own anyhow.
So what would have happened if Bella had tried to move on with her life? Would she have found happiness with Jacob? And would Edward be too late?

Blind Faith is coming out later this year, probably Oct or Nov. TPW is still being published, but won't be ready until after the first of the year. When I know more about how TPW is coming out (series or stand alone) then I'll know what to do with BTP.
I'm not sure yet where all BF will be available. I'll know more as we get closer to release date.
