I am an almost 40 year old mother of two. (One boy, one girl) I'm happily married and have a shameless addiction to Twilight. I laughed so hard reading this chapter and some of the reviews listing cheesy pick up lines. I have to ditto most of them for me as well. I also wanted to tell you about a situation where I overheard three men talking about me by accident.
I was walking across a skywalk downtown (bridge between buildings one story up) when I passed three men. One mentioned something about how I was capable of walking in heels so fast and another said and I quote: "I don't know about the heels but if that isn't an ass I want to grab and hair I want to fist, I don't know what is."
Considering they were fairly younger than me I wasn't sure if I should be offended or happy that some young pups found me attractive.
I asked a guy friend at work who was about their age and he told me to feel proud.
I even asked my hubby about it and he told me that he concurred with their assessment. Ha. Men are so funny!!!
