Yeah, I remember this. THIS is where I started REALLY freaking out and worrying. I'm super mega anxious about Bella leaving Edward. I just REALLY don't want her to be stupid enough to do it. And if she does, I don't want Edward to be stupid enough to believe that it would be because she didn't love him or something. :-(
I can feel the angst coming. Please, please tell me it won't last long. I don't do well with drawn out angst at all.

Great chapter. I smiled at Edward's inner monologue (at how smooth he is, being able to kill a man with Bella in the room) lol. He IS smooth. I feel badly for Bella, and how she misses her parents, even if she didn't really know them. Unfortunately, I have a feeling what I think is going to happen will happen. Not happy about it, but I will stick around. I'm thinking she will voluntarily leave Edward, when Demetri contacts her about her father... and that Edward won't know *why* she did it. Definitely don't expect, or want you to, change your story. But. I hate angst. I hate that it's coming. And I hate knowing that it's going to last for more than one chapter. Sorry, but you like honest. And I can't promise you my reviews will be nice.

Holy shit. I barely have words. Very well done twist with the pregnancy. And I really hope the angst ends, soon. I want Edward off his ass, rescuing Bella NOW. God, I feel sick with worry. Is it bad of me to hope that Esme offs herself after she spills all to Edward? And she's BETTER spill all. I hate thiking about how depressed and lifeless Edward has been... and how hopeless Bella has been.

Wow. Awesome chapter. Full of action and pondering thought. There were quite a few one liners in this chapter that I smiled at. Now I'm worried that Edward won't forgive Bella for leaving the way she did, that he won't be able to trust her anymore. That makes me sad. I'll definitely be eagerly anticipating the next chapter!

This was the saddest, angstiest chapter yet! I really want to beat the shit out of Edward for his treatment of Bella. He's being such an idiot. I just feel so depressed, so sad for Bella right now. I mean, it takes two to make a baby. And just because he grew up as he did, doesn't mean HIS child will have to do the same. Just, WTF? Is he not smart enough to realize that? Bella does *not* deserve to be treated like she doesn't matter, like she and the baby don't exist. I hope you update again soon, because I'm frantically upset, here.

I commented last night, I don't know where my review went...
I thought this was an excellent chapter, but I'm really wanting to kick Edward's ass for treating Bella the way he has (or hasn't, as the case may be.) I understand that he has no idea wtf to do with a child, but to treat her and the baby as if they don't exist is really not helping or endearing me to him, at all. It takes two, you know? AND just because he grew up the way he did doesn't mean *his* child has to. He can be such an idiot for as smart as he is.
I can even understand that he's still hurt over the fact that Bella left him the way she did. But when you're backed into a corner as she was, you'd think he'd realize she didn't WANT to. I hope he pulls his head out of his ass, and soon. I'm just incredibly sad for Bella right now. :-(

I'm glad you got where I was going with the whole 'mate' thing. Not everyone did. I just felt that Carlisle has such a connection to Bella that it made sense. He and Esme never seemed to be that bonded in any of the books. And poor Edward was so mixed up between his blood lust and love, he could have easily mistaken Bella for his mate when she wasn't.
