Thank you for your lovely reviews. Yes, I believe the first draft was a bit rushed and, honestly, I didn't know better. I do prefer this new version, it has a bit more depth, though the first two chapters were loaded with information. I couldn't avoid that. They shook hands. Rose went over to join Vicky and Bella, while I moved over to stand with Emmett.
“I usually hate these things but it is actually bearable with Bella here.”
“Yeah, Rose was so excited to get all dressed up. Alley helped her find a dress and I treated her to an afternoon at the hairdressers. You’d think I’d lassooed the moon, she was so grateful. She's not used to little luxuries but she’s going to have to get used to it ‘cos I plan on spoiling her as much as she'll let me. She’s the one Edward. I know it. I can’t move as fast as you have with Bella because of Rose's experiences with her abusive ex, but I can be patient. Believe me, if it were up to me we'd be on our honeymoon right now. I fucking love her.”
“That’s great man. I am truly happy for you. This ex of hers sounds like a nightmare. There’s no way he’s still a threat to her is he?”
“Well, threat of not. If he ever finds her he’ll have to come through me and I won’t hesitate to put that man down. Fucking pig, abusing a woman.”
“You ever need me, bro’ and I am there. Just say the word.”
“Thanks Ed. She’s my one and only from now on.” His eyes were bright and I realised he too had found his mate. Now all we had to do was find someone worthy of our Alice. I hate to see her alone.
“Edward?” My sweet girl was standing close and looking up at me. I loved it when she did that. “The girls and I are going to find a seat ready for the parade. Will I save a seat for you?”
“Sure, love. I’ll be along in a little while.” She walked off with the girls and as I watched her walk away from me I noticed how many men were watching her and checking her out. I must have growled louder than I thought as Emmett hit me in the arm.
“Settle down man. You’re in love with a beautiful woman. You better get used to other men looking at her but you’ve got nothing to worry about. That girl is the real deal. You have a winner there man.”
I nodded and smiled. “She’s my one and only too, Em.”

We are so sorry for the lateness of this review reply. I (Kasi) meant to do it the other day and honestly between the flu that has ravaged my home several times over the last month making another round, and trying to get ready for Christmas I forgot to do it. Chapter 24 is almost ready to go to the beta. Chapter 25 is not yet started, but we will do our very very best to make sure it is posted on time. Most of the questions are answered in this chapter posting in less mere hours. Sorry again for the delay in the review reply and teaser being sent out. TEASER: Seth has been in shock from finding all this out, but thankfully, Dr. Banner has been working with him through it all. The school has also been doing well at keeping the kids focused on what they are learning and not what’s going on in the news. Seth’s school life has really not had many distractions—regarding his personal life. Sue has been seeing him a lot more, but the relationship still seems to be strained for Seth. Sue had gone along with Seth to one of his appointments with Dr. Banner. After talking briefly with Dr. Banner, he thought that Sue would benefit from seeing someone, too. Dr. Banner did say that he felt she should see another doctor so she had an unbiased person to speak with.
Seth has become very important to our whole family, so I set this up in order to help him. I know that he loves his mother, and so that he and his mom have a chance of building a healthy relationship, I wanted to do this for them both. He is still with us and Sue is living in an apartment close to where she now works here in Seattle.
Bella has finished college and is taking two years off before finishing the rest of her teaching degree. She will only have to do the required hands-on training as a teaching assistant. I’ve already looked into that, and she can easily fulfill her needed requirements at one of the local private schools.
One time, no matter how hot or sexy was not enough. We both knew it. So he made me an offer I couldn't refuse. For the next year my body would belong to Edward R Cullen; the billionaire, the genius, the sex addict and the married man. How did I get here and why don't I want to leave?

Don't ask me why but a bitchy Alice is a serious bitch unlike a bitchy Rose who can't be blamed because she's' just drawn that way'. A bitchy Alice is almost evil. Well written. I love that they were solid and a united front before the Alice hit the fan.
Their families hated each other. They had competed with each other all through high school. But now they were stuck on a plane sitting next to each as they head home for the holidays. Merry Christmas everyone!
