Bella loves Edward, much more than she should. Edward is an addict. Bella deals with it. Years of this cycle begin to take its toll, and Bella is fed up. A near fatal accident forces Edward into a coma, and Bella reexamines her previous decision. Will Bella stay, or is it all too much? OOC/AH
The story is based on events that happened to me in real life. I've just changed the situation some and adapted it to fit Stephanie Meyer's Characters.

Another chapter well done.
I forgot to mention that I caught a canon parallel that impressed me. I am BIG into all things canon, and if you can twist an AH fic to use canon parallels, I will pimp it like nobody's business.
The canon parallel I am talking about is the use of Drugs being Edward's "vampire nature." I love that he "tried to keep it from Bella" and that she even got a little taste of it (tho she never changed in Twilight, she was bitten and therefore got a tiny taste of the transition, does that make sense) and then Edward took it away from her by telling her she wouldn't be allowed to do drugs again unless it was pot (just like he sucked the venom out, taking away her chance at immortality). Maybe I'm reading too much into it, or it was an accident on your part (some authors don't realize they've done it ;))
Anyway, i just wanted to say that I loved that, and this chapter!

The canon parallel was intentional. But I wasn't sure if I got it right or not. The reason I love Edward's character in the books is his protective nature. And, if I'm going to write about him and Bella, they have to keep some of their personalities. I hate reading any fic that portrays them completely out of character because why write fanfic then? They might as well write an original story. I want to at least recognize the characters I'm reading.

So, having a bit of time today, I was looking at a few of my reader's profiles, and having a hard-on for Domward, I picked your fic to read ASAP.
This prologue was awesome. I loved getting into the heads of B & E. The dream was...fuckhot, actually.
Their "meeting" was to die for. I loved that they know each other, but have no idea that they are about to actually enter into this...with EACH OTHER. I understand the logistics of that plan, and I can't wait to see it play out.

Again, the dream (even if it was a punishment) was great. I'm a little bit of a sub-whore :-P For someone who doesn't deal in the lifestyle, I find you write it well. I'm no pro in D/s, by any means, so maybe you don't...IDK. I believe it ;-)

Well! This chapter had a little bit of everything, huh?
I felt bad when Edward found out about Bella's impending nuptuals...even if they aren't happening now ;-) The poor guy.
And Tanya. Man, the bitch gets a bad rap in FFdom. :-P I've written her as the villan, too, though. What can I say, she makes the perfect villan. Anyway, I don't like her, so I'm glad she won't be sticking around.
I wanted to say that throughout these first few chapters, I have picked up on a few canon parallels that get me super excited. I am a whore for all things canon and when an author can take something SM created and spin it to fit their story, well I get a happy.
As for who safe-worded...IDK. I want to say Tanya as Edward is a Dom... but he is the one wanting to end it and I'm guessing that safewording from either of them is what gets them out of it...Hmmm...IDK!!
Great job! I have to go and get ready for work, so I'll hopefully be able to pick up later!
