Really enjoyed this chapter from beginning to the end especially because both of these characters have been hurting for so many years and it was great that he finally spoke up the told her that he loved her because I sure don't think Bella ever would have said anything.  She did a fantastic job during the scene and pleased Edward so much.  I did find her excuse with her dog a little lacking though although I can see her hesitance in moving in so soon.  He did explain that he's been in love with her for so long and didn't want to waste anymore time being apart from her and we know how long she has been in love with him so I guess I'm wondering what is the real reason for her hesitance other than just her overthinking type of personality that she has?  Why doesn't he suggest a 24/7 D/s type of arrangement?

Can't wait to find out what Bella and Alice have in store for Alice.  And what a little sneak Alice is for not letting Bella in on Edward and what's going on with him.  Yes, enjoyed the background on Bella very much.

-Bella's really getting on my nerves.  It does sound like Alice suspects what is bothering Bella but what irks me is that as long as these two have been friends, Bella doesn't trust Alice enough to be honest with her.  We're talking best friends forever here and Bella can't bring herself to explain what's been bothering her.  I don't quite understand why Alice doesn't just bring it up unless she's just not sure and maybe worried she might insult Bella - but between the two of them - people could die - rhetorical comment, of course! 

I'm so happy that you are continuing this story and can't wait to find out exactly what his "later on" plans will be.  Little Elf has made fantastic strides in 4 months and fits right into the lifestyle.  Love that you do your research and we get to benefit from it.  

Hmmm...Edward is just considering Bella and Jasper to be two messes to fix not that there are any feelings involved on his part.  What caused him to lose control like that and why would Bella have been a catalyst to it?  Was it because she showed strength in what she wanted from him?  That she tried to take charge?  So now will he be pursuing her because she is a challenge?  

Bella has already determined that Edward will never be anymore than a fuck buddy without feelings or emotions and she does seem to trust Jasper.  What Edward did felt beyond the realm of rough sex so it was more than unsettling.  How is Bella going to feel about this the next day?

I've got so many thoughts running through my mind about this chapter.  Jasper has fallen, I think, for Bella and does want to do the right thing in telling her about his and Edward's little game or set up that they've had going.  He does feel remorse and has now reached his breaking point (he was almost there before he left Texas) with Edward using him as his wingman.  He is worried and concerned that his admission will push Bella away but he also knows that he needs to be honest with her.  I never felt that what 3 consenting adults want to do in private is wrong.  They're all of age and they all enjoyed what they did.  What I thought was wrong about it was how Edward targeted and used his position as a teacher to find out about Bella.  That she left her door and windows open while she masturbated was on her and she could have told them both to just take a hike but she didn't.  That doesn't make her a freak - just a girl who finds herself enjoying a little kink.  She is now realizing that having a sexual relationship with her teacher wasn't the best of ideas but again, Edward and Jasper are experts at what they do knowing how to read and say just the right things to get the ball rolling with the girl of their choice.  That they've been analytical about the pursuit has worked well for them but it doesn't make them evil guys other than the fact that they're using the girls under false pretenses for the most part.  I do imagine that many the other girls probably enjoyed themselves if they were treated as Bella had been.  

What I see as the sad part in this story is how Edward was used, abused and left to fester and mutate into an adult who has built so many layers of brick walls around himself that even he doesn't know how to tear those walls down.  And as he makes his way to the "bar zone", the only thing he does know is that he is in pain.  It's also troublesome that no one besides Edward knows anything about what happened to him as a child so unless this comes out, neither Jasper or Bella will have a reason to forgive and forget or even try to help Edward.  I also wonder about Edward's loss of control with Bella in the classroom.  If she was getting too close to him emotionally, was this his way of stopping this progression of his feelings for her - make her hate him or fear him by physically abusing her?  His thoughts of her start with sexual pleasure, move to his punishment of her and then her leaving in pain as he wonders when he had become a monster.  So I'm thinking that Edward might be starting to self-destruct with everything that has just happened over this short period of time.  

Sorry to beat a dead horse and jump around in your chapters as much as I just did but one more and then I'm done - can't help but be curious about why Alice has showed up working for Rose (at least I think she's Alice) and where that might be going cause I can't see her ending up with Edward but do figure she did come for Jasper. 

What a fun story and I never put it together that Alice was his landlady.  And I loved his silent commentary, like he knew we were all "out there" looking over his shoulder, and felt the need to make sure we "got" it.  Nice twist all around there.  :-)   Linda
