Jack with his friends...deciding what to have for dinner was so cute! Jack and Charlie both talking about babys. Bella and Charlie together always makes me smile. Great job...thank so much! Parachute ~ Chapter 36 Teaser:
Bella stood, drenched head to toe, in the middle of her front lawn. Hot tears streamed down her face as the chilly rain pelted her skin. Her mouth was open slightly in shock, as she gazed down with wide eyes at the man she loved more than life itself. Edward's hopeful, joyous face grinned up at her from his stance on one knee. The ring held in his hand was a single brilliant diamond that was simple, yet elegant.
"Isabella Swan, I have been captivated by you since the moment I first laid eyes on you. That love only grew and expanded as I got to know you and saw first hand what a wonderful mother you are to our son. Forever could never be long enough for me, to feel like I've had long enough with you. Marry me?"
She covered her mouth and let out a sob, before throwing her arms around him and shouting, "Yes!"
They fell together, a mass a limbs and lips, their hearts beating both beating wildly. He pulled away slightly and pushed a lock of rain-saturated hair from her face.
"Let's go inside, please. I don't want you to catch a cold."
When they stood, his eyes were drawn to her white shirt, now completely plastered against her bare breasts, her nipples hard and straining against the fabric. His hand reached out to brush against her breast, causing her to become self conscious and cross her arms across her chest. She laughed lightly and nodded her head towards the house.
"Come on, let's get dry."
Edward let out a loud guffaw. "I'd rather keep you wet, love."
His hands wrapped around her waist and he pulled her back to his chest as they tumbled into the house. Sopping wet clothes soon littered the foyer floor and hands roamed greedily.
"Where is our bedroom?" he asked huskily, sweeping her into his arms.

I won't ever be remembered for my common sense. I know most of you hate me and I'm fine with that. I deserve it. I was a bad, bad girl. For those of you who don't know my story, I'll start at the beginning.
My mother married my father for his money and power. When she'd finally had enough, she left and took half of his net worth, including me. He never seemed to mind. He sent an obscenely large support check once a month, but it always felt like a buy-off. Once he re-married and began a family with his new wife, our interactions were even fewer. Who knows how I would have turned out if he had made more of an effort? He's just as much to blame for my upbringing as my mother is. He knew how she was, yet he still didn't lift a finger to keep me.

What a perfect day! I am so glad he surprised her on her birthday. Jack finding them was priceless!!! He was so ready to take the guy down that was in the bathroom. It was funny that Jack and Alice both jumped to the same conclusion first. Like Bella would do that to Edward...
This is such a wonderful story. I am so sad to see it end. I can't wait to see how their lives turn out. I really hope they have a couple more little ones running around in their future. Great job...thanks so much!!!

"You're grounded until you're thirty," she murmured against his hair.
"Understood," he chuckled softly.
"I'm serious," she yawned. "Wait until your father gets home."
Jack gulped audibly and nodded. "I know."
Soon, Bella's breathing evened out and soft snores filled the air. Jack's heart clenched and he truly felt horrible for lashing out at his mother. He had no idea what made him say the things he had. She had never been anything but good to him and proved her love over and over again. The phone chirped next to him and he answered it quickly, not wanting to wake her up just yet.
"Hello?" he asked softly.
"JACKSON CHARLES CULLEN! What is wrong with you, boy? Why would say something like that to your mother?" his father's voice boomed from the phone's speaker.
"Shh, Dad, please quiet down," he replied in a hushed voice.
"Quiet down?" Edward yelled. "Are you seriously telling me to be quiet? Boy, have you lost your mind?"
"No, Dad, please," Jack whispered, "Mom is sleeping next to me."

Teaser from Rabbit Heart Chapter 1:
The streets were eerily empty as the girl stealthily slipped out of the Beverly Hills house, although one could quite easily exchange the term mansion in its stead. Her shoulders were hunched as she made sure her hood was firmly covering her blond hair, her back laden with only an over-stuffed backpack and a guitar case. She needed to escape quickly, unseen, and today was the best time to make that happen. It was just after eleven pm, on Christmas Eve and there was practically no movement on Santa Monica Boulevard. She traveled on foot for almost three miles before coming across a cab running on the desolate streets.
She quickly stowed her meager possessions in the backseat before climbing inside.
"The nearest Greyhound station, please," she requested as softly as she could, but still within the driver's hearing range.
The older man glanced at her in the rear view mirror. If he thought anything was off about the way she kept her face hidden, he made no mention of it.
"Heading home for the holiday, sweetie?"
"Something like that," she murmured, staring out of the window and watching the lights pass by. They reached their destination in just under fifteen minutes and she handed him a $50 bill.

Renee took Bella away when she was 3 or 4 yrs old.... Charlie hadn't seen his daughter in all those years... I want to explore all POV's as much as I can.... I feel they all have unique perspectives on things and they all need a say in the story... Its also really fun trying to write for each person because they are all so different..

Is it sad that I always like Jake more in his wolf from then human form. Well I guess that is only when he wants to be with Bella. I just can't help it...I am a Edward/Bella girl. Anyway, I am a little afraid of how Bella will feel when she finds out she has been talking to Jake. I am glad he is there for her like this though. Am I making any sense? Sorry if I am not. Bella has made the whole family happy with her decision. I just want it to be on Bella and Edward's terms not Aro's. I want Edward to change her.
I wish Bella could be with Charlie more. I hate to think of him alone. He would be heart broken to know what Renee is going though even though he is made at what Bella went through when she was with Renee.

It makes me so sad that even though Jasper loved his family that he really never felt her belonged there. I see what he is saying though. I am glad that he loves Bella. She really is the missing piece to their family.

I stood in front of Edward’s door waiting for him to answer. The eleven o’clock appointment with Mr. Tanner gave me an extra hour. The door opened to a confused Edward
“Isabella?” I couldn’t help myself he was so handsome standing there and I was so gitty that I threw my arms around his neck and practically jumped in his arms, kissing his surprised lips.
It only took him a second to respond as he held me closer to him. When he pulled away he had a smirk on his face.
“What was that for?” I kissed him again “Thank you for the roses, they are beautiful”
“Is that all it takes to get you to jump me?” I giggled “Oh, I don’t need a reason to jump you”
I was going to kiss him again, but a loud throat clearing from our left caught my attention. Edward patted my bottom, setting me down. When I looked over his shoulder I saw four sets of curious eyes watching me, and a woman on her knees looking at the floor. Oh my god, I can’t believe I just threw myself at him in front of his company, of course my face heated up with my embarrassment causing Edward to chuckle.
“Come on I’ll introduce you” he said as his arm wrapped around my waist guiding me into the room.

I am curious to what Bella interrupted. Who are those people to know what the arrangement is that Bella and Edward have. I did like Jane's reaction to Bella. Something different I have never seen before. I am curious how Bella should have left the room. I am a little upset with Edward that he let them treat Bella that way and made her feel bad. I know he and Aro said a few things, but the whole thing was odd to me.

“On the way back, Sally was upset and we were talking and the phone kept ringing and interrupting us, so I turned it off.” He sat there with his head down running his hand through his hair for what seemed like forever before his eyes finally met mine again and he released a long sigh.

I know Edward did the right thing by punishing her. How could she turn off her phone? She has to know the most important thing in these situations is communication and honesty. We can always use help and Bella tuned that down by turning off her phone.

Edward was standing at the sink brushing his teeth, the muscles in his shoulder flexing as his arm moved. I reached out to run my fingers down the length of his spine before wrapping my hand around his waist and laying my head between his shoulder blades.
“I’m trying Edward, please don’t be mad at me” I could hear the air leave his lungs.
“Bella, I’m not mad at you. I am furious with a world that would allow so much hurt into your life. I want to take it all away, right now- today. I can’t and that makes me feel inadequate. But I know it’s going to take time and a lot of reassurance and baby…” He stopped abruptly.
“What?” I wanted him to finish his thought. But instead he turned around to face me.
“Nothing…” I knew there was something but I had no clue what it was. “…I told you last night I would give you all the time you needed, and I’m not going to push you, so…nothing. When you’re ready to let go of the shame you carry, you’ll tell me.”

That is an interesting dream that Bella had. I think her grandmother is trying to warn her something about James. I am just sure he is watching Bella and Edward. Just a feeling I have.
I think Bella is proving herself. She is making changes and Edward can see that. I am glad he made the decision he did. BTW...what is Edward doing...checking the bottom of her foot while she is not looking? Is the ink coming off yet? I love it as always. Thanks so much!!!

While the men went out to get started we worked in the kitchen making lunch. There wasn’t much room in the galley style kitchen, so I stood on the outside of the counter preparing the fruit salad, While Alice worked at the counter pressing burgers and Rose stood opposite me chopping vegetables for a salad.
“Alice thanks again for all the outfits, I’m sorry I should have called you yesterday” She looked up from her goo covered hands.
“I wasn’t sure if Edward was going to give them to you yesterday or not. Did everything fit?”
“Yes and I didn’t show…” I hesitated for a second catching myself before saying Edward’s name, I wasn’t sure if that was allowed. I cleared my throat to not sound stupid then added “…how the dress looked on me”
I was sort of proud of myself; Rose caught my eye and smirked, I guess I didn’t fool her.
“The only real problem with that dress is you can’t get on your knees.” Rose announced like she was telling me the time. Alice looked over her shoulder while she washed her hands.
“I don’t get on my knees Rose” I bite my lip trying to hide my amusement at their exchange. Rose spun around quickly putting her hand on her hip.

I think (and hope) Bella will tell Edward the truth about what they were doing. It is not that big of a deal. I thought it was pretty funny.
I feel so bad when Bella has a panic attack. That had to be a little scary for the girls. Great job...thanks so much!!!
