After Edward left Bella never had much luck with life: her mother gets pregnant and dies in childbirth and her step father doesn't want anything to do with them. Charlie dies from a car crash in Seattle and Jacob imprinted and left her at the alter.
Even 10 years latter Edward Cullen still haunts her memory, and what could happen when he comes to her school, and how is it she doesn't appear a day over 23? Good genetics maybe?

this is really good. Are Edward and Bella gonna start dating? They should, that would be the best thing for Jack. I love this story it is great, lovely and awesome, but it is heart breaking at the same time. I'm in love with This story and little Jack, he is so mature. I love the way he tries to always comfort her. :) love the story.

This past weekend was absolutely crazy and hectic for me, so I wouldn't be looking for Parachute to update early this week! Friday around 1:00 PM, EST will more than likely be when it posts!

As Bella yawned and stretched, her hand hit something soft and feathery. She opened her eyes and saw her fingers resting on auburn hair. Warm green eyes smiled happily at her. She sat up quickly and glanced around the room before turning back to the person in her bed.
"What are you doing?" she asked, slightly confused at his presence.

"Good afternoon, Mr. Cullen," a beautiful brunette with ice blue eyes simpered, as she stood from her seat behind a large desk. "I was told you wouldn't be in the office for a few weeks."
Bella quirked an eyebrow at the girl's blatant flirtatiousness. She looked over at Edward and noticed that his posture immediately straightened and his voice took on a cooler tone.
"Gianna," he nodded to the woman. "I'm only stopping by to grab a few things and to show my family around a little bit."
Bella's eyes cut to his face, surprised to have herself included in that statement. He smiled gently at her before leading her and Jack towards the large corner office.
"Family?" Gianna asked, confused. She didn't spare Bella a second glance, but her jaw dropped as soon as she got a good look at Jack. "Oh my God," she whispered and sat down quickly. As soon as Edward's door closed behind them, she picked up her phone and dialed.
"Jane? You are not going to believe who just walked in here!"
