I've read the story so far, and I like it.
Well, somehow it is cruel, but something tells me that Edward is a Dom, for shure, but there is something I feel he won't be too bad- well, ok, he will at the beginning.
Bella and Jacob, well, a cute pair, he full of desiere for her and she didn't know about it until it was to late.
Jasper- he seems real cruel, somehow I like him less than Edward. And I shurely cannot say what I think about Emmett.
Carlisle seems to be the only "normal" person in this whole stupid palace.
Let's see, maybe there is a chance to find something good in jasper? I somehow doubt it.

Yes, I wanted for Jasper to look really bad at the beginning of the story so of course he seems worse than Edward. And yes, at first only Carlisle is not a piece of shit. But everything will change later on.

Yes, Edward is devilish somehow because he admits that he's aware Bella probably doesn't know the rules yet but he still goes on with her punishment. Well at least he didn't get the kick he was expecting out of it.

And something really seems to be broken inside of her. Will sche find back to her strenght she had bevore? Was this all he needed to break her? I hope not.

How did the three men became so heartless?
To punish a slave like Edward did with Bella, is one thing. At least he tries tu justify it in front of himself.
But to enjoy the pain Jacob has to stand- that is more than evil. I somehow hate the three men.
I'm happy that Bella was that brave, but i think Edwards punishment will be outstandig hart and a torture.
When I started to read this story, I always thought there might be a nice side in Jaspers, Emmetts and Edwards personality, but now it gets worse and worse. With this chapter, it reached a state that I'm not shure myself if I could foregive this cruelty if the might change.
Well, I Think you are used to readers, that don't like the developement of the story. At the moment I really don't know if I should continue reading or not.
But every autor has his way to express his ideas, and we readers are free to choose if we like it or not.
One thing I have to give you credit for: Your way of writing is very intense, and passionate. I like it very much, and that might be the reason why i somehow stick the whole day to that sory.

Well to that point Bella thinks Edward is a jerk and I agree with her. But like I said, in the next chapters I will post you will see another side of his personality, otherwise Bella would never fall in love with him.

And we got a look at some of Edwards behaviours. Oviously he is not happy at all - is it just because he is only happe when he can punish slaves? Or is there more behind it?
And last but not least the will of the 5 men to free the girls and maybe also kill the Volturi if the would go too far.

Edward is not a very happy man, indeed. He takes pleasure in having power over women but basically he is having an existential crisis at the moment and I don't know what would have become of him if he dadn't met Bella.

Wow, how he is attracted to Esme, amazing.
But I don't understand at all how his sons did become so cruel with such a caring father and, for sure, a loving mother. Why didn't he do something about that? What made Edward and Emmett forget where they come from?
Well, we learned something else. Emmett has a crush on Rose, and Edward feels protective towards Bella.
I'm shure it is a long way to go, but finally I see hope for them.

We don't really know what happened to Carlisle and his sons between the time when his wife died and when they arrived to Volterra, so what drives Edward is kind of hard to figure out. We know that Carlisle doesn't approve of his sons' behavior, but they are grown ups so there's not much he can do about it. They will have to realize that what they are doing is bad by themselves. However, why Jasper is such a violent man will be explained later on in the story. And yes, there is hope for him too.

Hm, Bella is somehow stil naive according to what the Volturi would do to her.
Otherwise she would understand at least a little of the things Edward tries to do.
And I'm shure it's not only about her virginity. Sex with the Volturi will shurely be something that would break her if she wouldn't know before what other aspects that can have.
But I think this talk to Carlisle was good for her, at least she knows now for shure what little her parents cared for her.

OK, Edward definitely has deeper feelings for her than he understands.
And he also feels protective for Alice.
So, what could he do in such a situation? He needs to punish her, if he don't want to risk the other sclaves to be hurt very, very bad. Oh my god, just to think about the things Aro wants to do- makes me wanna vomit.
But if he punishes Bella, she'll be more afraid of him then ever before I don't know if he could explain to her why he has to do so, even if he would try. I 've got the feeling she simply just wouln't listen.
That's a really bad situation.
Well, I'm waiting for the moment when Jasper wakes up and Alice is in there. Could she be the one who brings him to the light, out of the dark, messed up world he is living in?

Yes, Edward is pissed at the moment, but it will pass. It wouldn't be very clever from him to scold Bella about her dream, but I think he trusted Bella when she told him she was a virgin and never had intercourse with Jacob, so unless he thinks she's a liar, he won't come back at her about her past.

Well, it seems that life got better for the female slaves, since Edward arrived and James is no longer in charge for them. Only horrible to imagine, Bella and the other girls would have met him!
And that this 12 year old boy had to see all this... well, sneaking in is not always a good choice. I understand that he likes watching the girls, and I can imagine a 16 or some year old Jasper wanking off while watching them... uhh, dirty toughts:)
but what the men did to the girls was surely horrible for him.

By now you probably realized that this story is told bit by bit and that only towards the end will we get the whole picture (the story is almost over in French since I only need to write three more chapters plus the epilogue). It's true that according to what we learn from Jasper's childhood, it makes us only wonder even more why he became as bad as his father when he grew up. It will be explained later on in the story. I'm glad you also realized that the captives are not treated as badly in present time than they were 14 years ago :-)
It always takes me 6 days to translate a chapter in French into 2 chapters in English, and I work on my translation every other week (except when there is a holiday like right now). I translated chapters 25 and 26 three weeks ago and sent them to my beta. After I send my chapters for editing, it's not up to me anymore when she gets the time to do the correction. I need her to help me improve the quality of my writing, but if I didn't need a beta, I'd post 2 new chapters every other week on a regular basis. That's what I do in French because if my other beta is not available, French being my first language I can do without a beta. I wrote to Claudia and Michelle because I wanted them to explain how I work to their German readers, but I don't know if they received my e-mail.

That wouldn't be very kind of me to leave my readers not knowing how the encounter with the dogs ended up, would it? So yes, we will learn more later on, however next chapter will be told from Rosalie's point of view and we will relive the day the way she saw it happen. Well, and Casrlisle - after reading so much of Whorlisle, I still have Problems understanding him. I did read that outtake about gail, and now with Candance it seems to be the same shit - and he always says he loves them all! Thats not possible! I always hope he will change - like his Father did, but only after Woman No 3, so maybe it will also take like 30 Years....
And Esme? well, in quiet Storm I did feel sorry for her - but now? Not so anymore.
She knows he cheates on her, but she's doing the same (or wants to) , but still she wants another child? To me, she's just some brat, feeling sorry for herself! And taking Amnthony from his Mother, just so she can get her son? Woah, What? Thats kind of sick!
After her daddy died, she did had a possibility to divorce, Carlisle would have let her. But no, she wants his money and his kids, but please, not the hubby staying in his brother's buiseneess---

I just started reading this story.
Well, what do I say?
Chpter one - wow , tough subject you chose. So much potential, so much trouble, so many things unspoken, but what we know is heavy stuff.
What bothers me a bit - I'm german, so english is not my first language and even though I understand it quite well, sometimes I have to look words or phrases up to get the meaning. Sadly, in this first chapter there were quite a lot of mistakes, like some words double, some missing, so I had a hard time reading it, what took the "flow" of the story out.
I did read some chapters of people like us, and did not have these problems in that story, so I will stick with it and hope the next chapter is easier to read for me.
So, Bella is 18 and pregnant, Edward is 28. Honestly, I don't know how to feel about that. 28 and 38, I would not have a problem with the gap, but Bella so young? Well, I think I just have to read on if I can figure them out in a romantic relationship or not :D

well, I really like this series - even if i never left a comment (shame on me).
Well, but with part three you really got me in a rollercoaster of feelings towards the kids.
First, I liked Dame, then i hatetd him, then i felt absolutly sorry for him.
He's a reall fucked up mixture between scary Skip and Whorelistle - but mots of it is to blame on the time at weather the storm and the fuck lauren did to him - hope they find a way out of this.
And katy? she's a brat, but somehow i still like her :D wll, hopefully she will not turn into a second esme - like bella tought shortly.
Sonny - I really don't know how to feel about him.
He had to be the tough guy, and always protect his siblings. He had a hard life, was heartbroken because of Katie.
But then, somehow he brougt Damion to that scene - even if it was by accident. He should never have given him the jobs he did - after that fist kill, witch saved his life, he should have kept him out of it - or told Edward from the beginning, so Dame could be a "real" member of the Mafia-Family.
But if not, would Dame murder somewere else?
I really hoped he would work everything out with Katie, but with every new chapter, it was more obvious, that she's changed and they don't fit. I don't understand why she hates bella that much, but i think Lauren planted the seed - hope they will work it out as mother and grandmother - but at this time, i doubt it.
Well, Maggie - I'm happy that sonny is happy and finally found love, but I really don't understand why you always choose those age gaps - Carlise and Alex, Sonny and Maggie - don't get me wrong, I like this girl, and i totally get the love they have, but something with this rush bothers me, something with her being that young does not sit right - it's a gut feeling.
Well, and in this chapter, I did not like Sonny at all. Well, that weird proposal might be ok, and kind of sweet - but then -
why rush now? with the baby coming soon, with Damion?
and he kind of persuaded her in doing it now - he knows there's no going back, no divorce for a mob- wife - and he dooms an 18 year old to that?
Yes, he said they have a big wedding after, but that's not the same for the family - belive me, I know, my sister had a small, fast wedding at another continent, and a big one a year later with all the family, but it did not feel the same for the families.
But the most shocking - how cold he reactes to Damions fate!
he semms not to understand what his brother went trough - and then, Dame is there, in his office, spilling his guts tu Maggie - and TELLS THEM THE REASON for his feelings to her, tells them he sees her like he was - and sonny is so blind with stupid hate and jealosy, that he does not reconize that?
Sonny does exactly what Dame acused him to, but he things that is love - Dame is afraid Maggie will regret in in a couple of years, and that she will not go to college but play housewife - and first, Sonny tells her, she can do what seh needs, and suddenly, they get married, and then it is ok to knock her up because she's his wife? She tells him she's not shure, but he doesn't listen!
He manipulates her!!!!!
Well, i hope that does not end badly - and with all honesty, i really hope the next chapters are not so much about the both of them, and i hope my fears will not come true - in the end, Carlistle and Alex did work.
So, I'm so afraid of this family breaking apart - when Lauren gets killd, will it affect gio and Kylie? How will Katie react? Will ant and damon become friends again? will Carlistles Family and Edwads never be together again because of that serious shit dame put on alex?
Will dame heal?
It is the second time he pulled his weapon on sonny - i hope ther won't be a third.
