Her protection my ass! Jasper doesn't seem as bad as Edward was in the beginning of TPW, but you certainly see Carlisle in him. I love this story; I'm glad you decided to show Alice and Jasper and how they managed to become the couple we saw in TPW. I hope you update soon; I can't wait to read more!

I just wanted to say I've been re-reading your stories lately and I've fallen in love with Better Than Perfect all over again (is it possible that it gets better every time I do?)! I absolutely love Alice and Jasper and I would love to to see this continued! I know you've been focusing on your other work right now, but I hope one day soon you'll be inspired to pick this up again, so I thought I'd take a minute to let you know people still love and are interested in the story. Your writing is amazing! You've got the dark, epic romance down. Thanks!

Thank you so much for your lovely comments! Life has been hectic the last few years with kids leaving home, getting married, becoming a Gigi (grandmother) and just working my "daytime" career. Hubby is still doing okay and we haven't had any major surgeries lately which is another plus. The dust has finally settled and our youngest child just left the nest permanently this summer. I'm also FINALLY in a great work environment so I'll actually have a life again. This year I focused on another passion of mine - quilting. I've had so much fun creating beautiful quilts for my family (this is what everyone is getting for Christmas). My plan for 2017 is to find balance again in my life so expect to see some stirring in my fanfic world though I'm not sure what direction it will take just yet.
