I have been reading TPW since the very beginning on FF.N and, though it was sometimes hard to find on the internet, it was well worth the read. This story opened the eyes of many, including myself, on what level Twilight fanfiction could reach. Before this, I had never read anything quite as dark or controversial in fanfiction. It was a complete revalation that something like this could exist and I would enjoy reading it. This is a dark, twisted story that has somehow found its way into the hearts of many readers, despite its disturbing content. Though some scenes were hard to read, I have truly loved reading this story, and I thank you for opening my eyes to see what fanfiction can offer.

I finished reading TPW quite a while ago and though some of it was extremely hard to read, i've always appreciated the story for what it was.
It wasn't until very recently that I fully understood what you, as the author of this story, must have gone through when writing something as painful and controversial as this. I received a PM from someone on ff.n that basically said (in a rather negative way) that she would not read my work because I fic rec'd TPW at the beginning of one of my oneshots. Though I found the message to be rather ridiculous, I also found it to personally offensive to me.
And that was when I realized what you have probably gone through with the negative reviews and messages that you have no doubt been sent. If someone refused to read my work for simply liking this story, what the hell did they say to you?
Now, not only to I appreciate this story, I have come to truly appreciate you, as the author, for sticking through the negativity and finishing TPW - even though it must have been hard. So thank you!

Thank you so much for your kind words! Reviews/comments like these mean the world to me. I'm sorry that any negativity from TPW is touching your own writing.
I did face a LOT of pitchfork weilding villagers out for my blood for writing TPW and pushing through to the end inspite of every roadblock or hurdle they threw at me. The fact that TPW is still being 'trashed' throughout the ff fandom absolutely amazes me. I finished this story almost a year ago and its been gone from ff.net for almost 2 years. Out of all the bashing/flaming I withstood I think the stuff that stood out the most to me as completely unnecessary and vicious was challenging my parenting or saying I condone incest/abuse just because I wrote TPW. None of these people have ever met me or my family so I'd like to know where they get off with their attacks. Did they attack Stephenie Meyers for writing about beastiality (Jacob is a wolf), necrophilia (Edward is dead) or pedophilia (Edward is 117, Bella is 17). No one actually thinks SM believes vampires or werewolves are real just because she writes about them, so why would they think I condone the actions of the men in TPW just because I wrote it?
Sorry, sometimes I dust off my soapbox and stand on it. :) Again, thank you for reading my story and for your kind words.
