I just started reading this and just wanted to say that I like it so far... although I feel sorry for Alice... and is Jasper really as naive as he appears? It's like he can't relate at all to how Alice might feel after being in James' house and everything... reminds me of a little child a little bit. Like: yes, okay, they were the bad guys, but I'm the good one, so she has to be okay instantly. When will he start understanding her situation? Also, I thought it was so funny when Jasper couldn't even imagine that Alice might want to flee =)
So, I hope that it's going to be better for Alice soon (although the story would be over by then ... which I am not looking forward to ;)

Oh, now it's interesting! Esme's leaving... this story is really full of ups and downs. But I love it :) Only now I am starting to fully comprehend what has made Carlisle Carlisle... and Esme Esme. And Edward Edward for that matter, just imagine, living for so long... seeing all the others around you pair up... only you left behind... but well. That's another story. Oh, poor Esme. But I'm sure that later on, she'll realize that Carlisle actually wants her to stay with him, that he's only too polite to say so ;)

Welcome and thanks for reading and reviewing. Lots of ups and downs, but then the good part comes around!! I promise a great big HEA!!! I am a sucker for those -- but in between, I will fill in a lot of blanks/missing moments. Edward's alone story would be dark! Don't think I'd attempt that one, but if you like angsty Edward, read my story Honeymoon Suite on fanfic or twi -- TONS of Edward up and down (and missing scenes from that let down of Jacob POV during the pregnancy).
