It wasn't meant to be meaningful. And this is based on my real life actually, so... I don't know. Minus the whole hooking up with a guy in the bush, that was my Saturday night.
It was supposed to be dumb, and I'm one of those stupid, drunk kids.

Thank you for the review. Yes I realized that she comes off as immature. That was not intentional. As I said in my a/n that this was the first story I have ever written it took some getting used to writting and getting a style down.
Bella decided to leave her college life when she was twenty one to tend to her family and matters she was forced to deal with head on. Four years later, she goes back to finish her degree. She is a very serious student and wants to focus on her degree adn the mystery she is hiding.
Once back in Boston, she meets a kind stranger at her work who seems interested in her. Her lousy teacher's assistant is hot, but seems to be a bit conceited. What roll will each of these men play in her life?
Secrest are dealt with in Boston head on and feelings are explored. Follow Bella as she finishes her degree and tries to learn how to with living a life once her secrets are reveled.

I have been reading this story from the beginning and have really liked it. It does feel like the pace is dragging a little at this point though, and the switching between present and past tense in this chapter was uncomfortable to read. Keep writing!

I appreciate your feed back about the tenses. The thing is when I write a story, I make an outline and I follow it. When I type the chapter I sometiems copy and paste the outline and use it to write the story. I do proof read what i write but obviously I don't don't get it all. I don't have a beta so it's just me who reads it. I appologize for the misuse in langauge. I appologize and will try to work on it. I also got the last chapter up really fast and maybe should have spent more time with it. I really do appreciate the comments about this. Thank you for bringing this to my attention!
Hope the next chapter will be posted by Sunday. Hopefully this won't be a problem!

Always looking for ways to better my writing.

They aren't just out of high school. They have been in college for four years. At the time of the accident they have ALL graduated from college. I'm aware of the time that it takes for med school, but I am also writing fiction so I took some creative liberty here in order for the story to work. Thanks for reading.
