Well isn't this one giant clusterfuck! Your heart just breaks for them. I find myself so angry at Emmett. It's been weeks and he sees how much they both are suffering and still won't come clean. Plus when he sees how abusive Charlie is he does very little to help or protect her. I'm guessing with Edward in his current state he has forgotten that Bella was a virgin when they had sex. I have a feeling Bella is going to wind up at Tia's house. Can't wait for the moment Edward realizes that baby is his!

I've just started reading this story I'm enjoying it so far. I do wish that Edward would realize his actions, though different have the same effect that his grandfather's. They both treat Bella like an object not a person. I get why Edward forced Bella into the public eye. He likes her, but doesn't like that she saw how he treats women in public. To show her the media often misleads a situation, he forced her into to one. He knows they are going to be painted a loving, picture perfect couple. This way Bella is forced to see things aren't always as they seem. Still want him to realize how unfair and cruel they are being to Bella. I don't want him to have the upper hand in this. I can't wait to see how Bella finally gets through to him.

Poor, poor Princess. Sad that Bella had to lose something else in her life. Edward really does need a slap upside his head. His first thought should have been to comfort Bella. She needed him and he again put her needs behind his own need for revenge. I know alot of people are hoping now Bella will behave, but she wasn't the only one in the wrong. I don't want her to take the blame for this Edward and his entire family all had a hand to play in it. Carlise can just shove his half assed apology up his ass. He's just as bad as Bella's sister. All he cares about is getting NY and Edward's claim to things.  I hope Bella hands him his ass if tries to come to her like it's all in the past. Edward has alot to make up for. I have a feeling Marcus and Bella will be closer now. I have a feeling there is another rat in the family somehow. Unless Garrett bugged that hotel room. I don't see how he knew about Jacob.

Like that they're talking finally, but i still think Bella is taking too much blame for how things are now. If anyone would just talk to her, she wouldn't fly off the handle so much. I think Edward is making a big mistake not telling Bella about Jacob. Everytime he tries to keep her in the dark, it always comes back to bite him in the ass later.

Excited to see an update! I still can't shake the feeling that Kate and Garrett are involved somehow. I wouldn't be so quick to go back to the house my parents were murdered. Kate seemed anxious to get inside- pulling Bella inside. I know Edward is finally trying to show some compassion for everything Bella has been through. I'm ok with them going forward as long as they don't brush over how much of an ass he has been toward Bella. I know Bella wasn't much better, but Edward knew she was hurt. So I have a little more sympathy for Bella here. Edward was just being an ass because she didn't just fall in line as she was raised and I think his feelings were hurt by how much Bella didn't want to marry him. Especially if he has had feelings for her for awhile. I have a feeling he keep more than an eye on Bella all these years. Any chance for a glimpse into Edwards thoughts? I would love a little insight into his mind.

Well that fight didn't last as long as I thought it would. I am happy to see they both even if they don't realize it yet are learning from their past mistakes. They both had to give a little. I think Edward is liking their moments of closeness and comfort as much as Bella is.  It made me laugh that they both turned to each other to see if the fight was over. Bella may be smarter than she realizes. Her little voice not trusting her sister. I wonder if Edward knows more than he's saying. A bit of keep your friends close, but your enemies closer.

Well, I was still surprised by how much Kate was involved. She still was played by Garrett, but so glad Bella took her out. I noticed that again Emmett is with Edward and you make a point of that, but not Jasper. So my money is still on him being the rat. Don't know why yet unless Alice is somehow connected to Garrett and the Russians. Garrett's sister maybe? I mean you did say no one bothered to look in Garrett's family. Can't wait to see how Bella and Edward take them all down.

Interesting chapter. It seems that Garrett and the Russians aren't wasting any time. I can't help but notice that Jaspar was not at the house during this attack. You made a point to say the attack was perfectly timed. Which has to mean someone told them about the guard routine. Liking Jaspar more and more for the rat.  I do wonder what's in it for him. Money, power or is he being blackmailed? It seems that Bella is winning over the men in her life. I have a feeling Edward will cave soon and come clean about his feelings for Bella. It was also nice to see real concern for Bella from Marcus. He seemed so cold to her before. Bruno to the rescue! Loved that he hasn't been there 10 minutes and is already protecting Bella. I can see it now a battle brewing between Edward and Bruno over being Bella's number 1 protector! Edward jealous of a dog! It makes me laugh.

Am I the only one who thinks this a set up? Let's face it Kate is not the sharpest tool in the shed. I have no doubt Garrett set this up. Probably told her he would rescue her and she could be there to see Edward and Bella die and get her 'rightful' claim to NY.  Garrett's already proven how cunning he can be. He probably guessed right that Bella would want to confront her sister. This way he has both Edward and Bella  together and away from Carlise's protection. Especially since there attacks on the home itself have failed and Carlisle won't let anyone in or out. With the sequel coming, I guess it doesn't end well from Garrett and Kate. Can't wait to see how this plays out and who the rat is. 

I really don't know what Edward's problem is. If he didn't want Bella involved in this side of his world. He should have left her at home. Not only did she get her sister to reveal her plan so they weren't ambushed. She's the one who saved all of their asses by remembering the hidden room and escape route. Of all people in life who should have understood why Bella reacted the way she did, it should be Edward. So instead of being grateful for her help and that they managed to survive he punishes her. He needs a swift kick to the nuts. I know he was most likely scared, but what a shitty way to show it.

I understand Edward a little more, but I still don't agree with him keeping her in the dark. Starting a marriage on a lie/secret is not the way to develop trust with your partner. Also it says Edward didn't know about Bella's parents being killed, he's the underboss. How didn't he know before it made the news? Also I can't shake the feeling that Kate and Garrett are involved somehow. One her dad didn't have to come clean after the Russians attacked them in the resturaunt. Charlie and Garrett could have played it off like the hit was out on Garrett and not Kate. Two, Kate's reaction seemed over done to me. Especially with her then just up and going back to the hotel after everything knowing Bella was so scared and confused. Plus the whole situation with Billy seems too convienent for me. He goes missing just as a hit is carried out. Aren't the Cullens the more powerful family? Going missing puts an automatic target on his back. I just think there is more to the story than Kate and Garrett are letting on. Can't wait to see if I'm right.

That bitch! I knew she was trouble. The murder of her parents nothing more than a power play. They never figured on the will naming anyone else. Now they're going after Bella because she has power over Edward even if she doesn't know it yet. He cares for her a lot. My guess is Garrett knows just how much. Poor Bella this is going to devastate her.

I really wish you would write a little more about Edward's past. For someone 7 years older than Bella, he can be a real idiot. He knows Bella is reeling from just fiding out her sister tried to kill her and he just acts like it's no big deal. I really wonder if Edward has ever been in a relationship before. I think he has been all work and no play because his relationship skills need some work. I've read some of the other reviews and was surprised so many are mad at Bella for letting it slip that she hasn't sleep with Edward yet. I think it's totally understandable that her mind was all over the place. What is really starting to grate on me is Esme and Carlise's attitudes. They have no smypathy at all for what Bella is dealing with. I'm beginning to think the valium Rosalie gave Bella belonged to Esme and that's how she goes through life with her emotions constatly under wraps. I don't blame Bella one bit for reacting the way she did. Who in all of hell discusses thier son and daughter in law's sex life like that! One it's just creepy and two it's gross. Cullen men might take a vow to value thier wives, but they sure don't respect them. I'll give Edward some credit for not really pushing the issue with her. Bella really hasn't had many days since they have been married where her life hasn't been in complete turmoil. Hope she hands Edward his balls for calling her virginity an issue. Way to make a girl feel wanted. Bella has been saving it as a gift for her husband and the man she thought she would love. He just acts like it something to cross off his list to make daddy happy. Please God, don't let it happen in that house. Can't wait to see what Bella says.

Hello again. After the last chapter I didn't know what to think about the possibility that Bella was going to let all the shit Edward did to her slide, but it's nice to see she hasn't lost her spark. Edward may have gained some points,  but his attitute won't let her forget how he treated her in the past. What a low blow by Rosalie giving Bella the drugs. That was her way of controlling Bella so she couldn't emabrass her or her family again. I would punch her dead in the face for it. I bet Edward figures that out soon enough. Still firmly believe Kate is dirty. Bella's comment about her not really grieving before the funeral. Boy, did she make of show of being the heatbroken daughter when everyone was watching. Figured Jake would enter the story at some point. Didn't see the twist of Billy having a secret family. Don't think Edward is going to like this one bit. Especially if Bella trusts Jake, when she so clearly doesn't trust Edward completely. Something tells me a jealous Edward is going to be pure fireworks.

So excited for this story to continue! I'm sorry flowers? He acts like a total dick and he thinks he can fix it with flowers! Where does he get off complaining about the state of the house? He didn't care one bit about the state his wife was in the whole time he was sulking in NY. Now he justs wants her to pack up and come to NY with him. He bought a house without asking Bella's imput. I mean how are you going to move forward when he keeps making the same mistakes. Bella should be his partner not an obligation. If he's trying to start over, he's failing. He should have worked things out with her before trying to start over in NY. Why bring that shit with you there? It's going to be a bumpy ride. I'm glad Bella didn't just throw herself in his arms like he did no wrong here. Hope she really lays it out for him. A whole list of what he's done wrong since he seems to like to hold Bell'a mistakes over her head forever.

I hope this story becomes more than a one shot. Loving it so far.
