Esme's a lot of fun. I'm glad Gopher is finding his flow but I believe it's equal parts Mase's love for Bella that is creating an opportunity for fitting in. Alice has a lot of growing up to do  hope Whit doesn't get hurt. Also it's weird to see Carlise as a square peg. It plays well with Esme's spirit. 

I hope co-depend bitchy Rosalie is only a few chappy's. Mellow her out or let Bella serve her some shade. Not many women would put up with her possessive bullshit. And thanks for leaving shopaholic Alice at home for now. It's nice to have a break. I hope Esme meets single uncle  Carlise. It's really good so far!

I loved their private moment in Belize. I have to say I am surprised and confused how Carlise could be so selfish to ask Bella to bend to the will of the family who we don't even hear Bella talk about in any way but "the cousins." Especially considering how he and Esme married. It was fucked up and weird but your story was magnificent. I loved Mase and Bella so much. Whit was my favorite friend. Lee was the best in growth. I think Jasper bailed out Charlie. What's up with him? Drugs? Alcohol? Even though he's a trust fund baby he lives like a sloppy filthy pauper.

How do Jacob and Sam know each other and why is he feeding Charlie drugs? At least that's what it sounded like. And I was surprised Rosalie wanted to be so far away from her supporters for med school. Staying is good. 

I'm glad Jasper apologized again but it felt sincere this time. The fact that he's leaving Chicago is good too. James I could care less about which means Jacob and Royce are the big bad angst here. Oh and Charlie. I know he's up to something. I'm confused why Rosalie can't find and buy her own home. Why do Bella and Edward have to move? I love the addition of Garrett. I'm fine with Edward working  through his shit manhore style for this story. What I don't like is his how his family treats him. It's obviously a symptom of pain so why not try supporting him or getting him help instead of bad mouthing him to strangers. In other words they are part of the problem too. Just saying.

The best thing about fanfic is access to so much creativity and willingness to share and risk. The worse thing about fanfic is finding story magic only to have it pulled or disappear before you can read it again. It is rare to read a story that is beyond lovely in all the right aspects of a good read. Stories filled with raw emotion, hurt, loss, fear, beauty, love and the ability to connect to the reader. You have managed this brilliantly in my humble opinion. Yes, SM owns the cannon characters and its plot but what you've done with them here is fantastic, moving and simply beautiful. I read this last year and it's one of my favorite stories. How scary and precognitive of you at how this story has so much meaning in 2017 America. Bella is crazy if she dies Edward fades and that is a sin. My god I love this angel Edward. BTW the world could use  naked, sexy, pancake loving angels just saying (mean no disrespect people).
