God Edward is beyond frustrating in this chapter!  Is he truly that dense that he doesn't understand how many ways he's screwed up?  How DARE he let Bella find out about the visit on facebook!  How DARE he claim that it's none of her business!  How DARE he lie about unprotected sex!  If Bella did a fraction of what's been revealed in this chapter Edward would probably kill her.  Yes it would be manslaughter and he'd feel remorse, but I honestly think he's borderline deranged at this point. 

I don't know what it will take to redeem him in my eyes right now, but it's going to have to be BIG.  I mean a life altering, no holds barred, absolutely no room for doubt that he RESPECTS Bella and that she is the number one priority in his life.  They've already got a number of strikes against them (age is just one, but that can be overcome), but if he doesn't get a grip and make some serious changes I don't see how a HEA can come of this.

Well that went better than I expected.  Really glad to see Edward (apparently) pull his head out and do the right things all around.  I see a lot of angst coming, though.  It will be interesting to watch how they handle everything from here on out.  Thanks for sharing your story!

Wow.  I can't begin to wrap my mind around how everyone is going to react to this.  Edward scared me a little with his Tanya tirade; the last thing Edward needs is to give Charlie and Co. any more reason to distrust or dislike him - pretty sure the pregnancy will do that!   But Edward's being uber-supportive of Bella which is awesome.  And so are you for giving us such a speedy update! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

A comment about the religious couple at the hotel...while I do think they were out of line, part of me can understand where they are coming from, although personally I would never confront anyone like that.  My issue is with the loudness, regarless of the cause.  I mean, if a couple were playing music or the tv that loudly it would annoy me to no end. Plus, weren't E/B staying in an outer building? They must have been wailing like a pack of howler monkeys. Edward should have rented a private cottage or something.

My other "issue" is with Edward wanting to correct Bella's little sounds like sighs and the like. I DO believe that they love each other very much; I guess it just bugs me that he (or they) are working so much on *Bella's* problems, faults, whatever, but Edward is perfect and just gets to be himself?  Sometimes it seems like the whole point is like "Simon Says" - find tasks that Bella will certainly fail at, at some point, and then punish. It seems like a lot of pressure to live so carefully all of the time.

Please understand that I know this is MY issue with the whole D/s relationship and not a reflection on your story or characters. I'm just having a difficult time wrapping my head around everything and finding a way to see it from another perspective. I'm not giving up, though!  :)  Thanks for being so patient with those of us who are just honestly trying to grow with the help of your story.

I'm glad they both seem to want to take the next step, and that Carlie is all in, too.  For some reason the pictures he's taking bother me. What IS he doing with them?  Are they going to come back to haunt Bella (and therefor both of them)? I would NEVER be comfortable with that, and with the potential Jessica drama it seems kind of risky.

I'm not totally on board with all their D/s stuff, but Edward doesn't hesitate to say/show how much he loves B and can be very sweet.  Just seems like there there should be more clarity in how that plays out...for instance, they didn't discuss how much of their getaway would be just "them" and how much would be scenes.  He did give her a choice, though, so I'm hopeful they will work through it over time.

I can only imagine what kind of wedding Alice and Carlie will try to plan!  :)

I'm not sure what to think. I'm glad they're taking things slow, and that they are all going to counseling. Edward needs to go solo, too, because he's still a little delusional if he is seriously planning to propose again when they don't seem to have worked out their bedroom issues. It seems like Bella is backing away from the D/s element of their relationship. That's absolutely within her rights, but it's a little confusing because she seemed to enjoy their little kinkiness. Have they talked about this? (I still want to know what he did with the pictures from before!)

Edward is still kind of controlling - when they made dinner plans he basically said "Be ready at 7" like it was a command. He may have a more dominant personality in general, but Bella - and E acknowledges this too - is no longer willing to just submit to everything. They still have a ways to go, and I look forward to it!  :)

I'm glad you addressed the issue of everyone abandoning Bella after she left. Part of me thinks that works both ways; Bella could have attempted to stay in communication with Esme, and it sounded like Rose and Alice were the ones to call Bella and not the other way around.BTW, I'm interested to find out how things are going with Emmett and Rose.

One last observation: E/B and the family *really* need to be pro-active and plan for Jessica showing up again.  She sounds way too selfish and stupid to walk away for good, even with a million. I doubt she would take Edward's "threat" seriously; in fact she would probably try and use it against him. Instead of being blindsided they need to know exactly how they plan to handle her once and for all.

I'm so glad they talked things out!  Having Bella talk to Rose and get advice was a surprise but it worked nicely, re-establishing their relationship and giving Rose a chance not only to make amends but give Bella perspective on what happened. I'm especially pleased that they got to the heart of the matter - lying - rather than sex, since Tanya blew the whole episode way out of proportion.  Obviously they still have a ways to go (maybe they should get counseling as a couple?) but I'm just relieved that this wasn't a major setback. They are a family and Charlotte deserves both of them.

Now that E won he'll be in even more demand as an actor. I want him to stay focused on their family, but maybe if Bella isn't working they can all go if he does do a movie somewhere once in a while?

Hope Bella bails Edward out PDQ...he's too pretty to sit in jail for long!  :)

Never thought I'd like warm fruit, but that lemon was HOT! :)   I can't imagine how hard it will be for them to be separated for four months, especially since they've just found each other.  Maybe Bella will be able to go see him at some point.  Hope the time goes quickly for them!

Well I'm glad she finally opened up to him and they are together.  It still bothers me that he whored around all that time while she sat at home and starved herself. Hope they are lucky and he's clean, and that no baby mama shows up in a few months. Will Bella and Tanya talk about what happened and stay friends?
