Your story is excellent and I just spent the late afternoon, evening and night reading it to date. I love the title. It can refer to any of several immortals in this piece. Bella, Esme, Emmett, and even Carlisle and Rose have been broken at times in the story. Bella's mixology made me laugh and I could just picture she and Alice experimenting with new blood drinks while Jasper sat happily back with his whiskey. I was thrilled to see Emmett finally happy with Maggie. They must make quite the sight! You make your readers feel as if they are traveling down a well known corridor, only to have it suddenly turn where there was no turn and grow confusing. Brilliantly done!
