Esme doesn't really seem to care a lot about her brother and his comfort, ya know? She seems to really take him for granted, and he doesn't seem to mind letting her. Go Bella with the attitude!
I totally understand how RL can skrew with writing...it's happening to me even as I type this, lol. Stories and inspiration come when they come - rushing them won't help. I'm loving this story - it's literally sucked me in! I love how relatable and honest Ed's character is.
I can't say I like how obnoxiously pushy and emotionally manipulative Esme is, though. That's not good, no matter how good she thinks her reasoning is, especially with her lower-than-needed blow against Ed at the dinner table, but she's got a good heart, so I guess she figures that'll magically excuse everything?
Can't wait to click that lovely little "next" button for the next chapter!!
