Well, blah to anyone who takes the time to write a nasty review. I think your stories are wonderful and entertaining, with colorful characters. Anyways, it looks like shit is getting real for Edward and Co. I think Edward might have earned himself some enemies by having avoided CJ and the cleaners all together...I mean, they would have noticed him not being around when the deals went down and DEA showed up, right? Especially if he was supposed to he there. I wonder if they think he snitchd or something? Who knows. Ah, Alice, got to love her simple mind...it maybe she is that shelterd, or wants to turn a blind eye. Who knows what I would do if it was my family, I guess I would be in denial too.
Love your work, please keep themcoming. Don't let some stupid people that think they're The New York Times critics give you a hard time, they're a few compared to the thousands of fans you have.

I knew Riley was one of the good ones, at least I hoped he was. Old man Colleoni spoke volumes without actually saying much--except that promise he made to Edward about double-crossing him. No need for inferences there, he made sure that Edward understood exactly what he meant.
I just love the complexity of this story. Edward's duplicity and trying to learn these two worlds and balance the two halves of his life.

Just caught up with the last several chapters. Things are getting interesting.
I don't understand the Bella hate either. She's a bit emotional and immature, but she's also very young and is in need of a good therapist. She's not a bad person though, just flawed. I don't understand reading stories a person doesn't like either. I never leave bad reviews, I just move onto something else.
I really like this story. Even though it's a mob story, it's very different from the Storm series (which I love!). I like that it's different and the characters are different. Keep up the good writing and ignore the haters. :0)

I think if they dislike a character its not that they hate the story it just means your writing has impassioned them...its a good thing. I loved these chapters. I don't know what anyone is complaining about because Bella has the right to be screwed up after what that ass Jake did to her. Cut her some slack people! There have been times when I may not have liked certain characters that you, or other writers have created, but the fact that the character(s) incited/inspired me to review, or to be passionate about them/dislike them, should be taken as a compliment...at least from me it is. LOL ;) I look at it as a sign that you are doing a great job as a writer. Not all characters can be perfect - there's no such thing. If they were, all stories would be pretty boring & dull.
Think of it this way...lots of people criticize Stephenie Meyer all the time, and even bigger authors such as Stephen King, but to each their own. They laugh all the way to the bank, regardless of what idiots may think! Maybe someday, you can too! ;)
Everybody has an opinion - some nicer than others...but who cares? Opinions are like assholes...and some people say things just to be mean spirited, or to try to get a rise out of you.
I realize that you do this for free, which is amazing in itself...but to be a good as you are, and continue to give so many people the great entertainmant that you do for free, I DO understand how any negative comments could be disheartening. But please...ignore them. I know that's easier said than done, but please try not to let them dissuade you. You are so much better than that...so much more as a writer.
And your Mobward fics are certainly NOT in the dime a dozen class! Yours are the BEST out there, bar none! Please BELIEVE & KNOW that! I've been a fan of ALL of your stories since I started reading at FanFiction in 2011, and followed you here whenever your stories have been ridiculously & wrongfully pulled.
One last thing...please tell me that you're not throwing in the towel, so to speak? It would honestly be a travesty! I would miss your writing so much! I HOPE that you keep writing & creating, always. :)
