Well, this is just what these two needed. Yeah, before embarking on the realtionship that they both want to explore and embrace together, it was nice that they could comsumate their new realtionship for the first time, not through role-playing, but simply as two people would having just begun to discover one another.
It's seems obvious that these two have have similar personalities; therefore, instead of needing all of the trappings of what often are the first few date senarios, they find that they can comfortably enjoy each other's company simply through a shared dinner. Actually, a dinner prepared by one of the partner's can often be far more intimate than that which is found so to speak by the "wine and dine" of a expensive restaurant. I feel that by Isa putting effort into actually presenting Edward with a homecooked meal, it demonstrated a finer whay to attempt to showcase her feelings for him. The effort involved in sharing one's culinary talents is actually far more intimate. Also, I feel it provided a better opportunity for the two of them to share past experiences and attempt to get to know one another on a deeper level--one that is not often revealed to the other partner so quickly in a new realtionship. Instead of being hindered by the atmosphere and the people around them, it gave the two of them a more relaxed setting to definitely share more of their true feelings and thoughts.
I definitely have to compliment you on your choice of words and your turn of a phrase. Instead of getting right to the "down and dirty" so to speak, you were able to reveal the both primal and feral part of their intimacy without using the verbiage that is typically found in many fics. I truly enjoyed the intimate scenes of "Who's Your Papi"; however, you definitely have shown your depth in writing. The style that you demonstrated in WYP is totally different in the way that you presented this scene. Please don't misintrepret me here, I thoroughly enjoyed the WYP intimacy scenes, this is just different and was beautiful.
I cannot wait to see how these two are going to navigate the the relationship they wish to establish all the while trying to balance out and still maintain their burgeoning BF/GF situation. I'm sure when Edward begins to reveal why he had taken a sexual hiatus, it is going to make for some interesting chapters as well as the introduction of Isa's half-brother Jacob. If I haven't said this before, I am really enjoying the gradual introduction of additional characters, and what their eventual role in the story will be.
Okay, so I have rambled long enough. Look forward to reading next week.

I love your review as always. I'll start by saying thank you for your general insight into the chapter. It pleases me greatly that you understand my characters and how my mind works. I placed all thier dates in relaxed setting so that they could talk and explore each other's minds in a way that is impossible when you're surrounded by noise and other people. I wanted them each to know one another before they delved into the sex. The homecooked meal was also another way to give a extra glimpse into Isa's past.
I am definately not offended by your mention of the differences between this fic and WYP. I wrote WYP as an writing exercise to work on writing sex since there was some each chapter, but this fic has a different beat, and I generally don't like to rush sex, especially when it's thier first time together.
I'm glad you liked the way I'm introducing characters. You'll be happy to kow that we'll meet more in chp 9 which I'm sure you'll love. I look forward from hearing from you against next week!

Oh so it would seem that Edward has some secrets, secrets, secrets, which, of course, is going to lead some very exciting and obviously defining reveals, reveals, reveals. Yay! I must say your method of revealing some of who Edward is and what he has kept concealed from Isa (but to be fair, their relationship is still very new and young), is absolutely ingenious. Yeah, we can absolutely say that his brief conversation with his brother, and his later conversation with his sister-in-law, even though it did border on TMI on her behalf, has led us, the readers, to peak into his psyche. Maybe, just maybe the last woman he was with could not embrace Edward for the quiet, simple, no BS life he was attempting to forge. I am speculating, of course, but it almost hints that his past relationship possibly was within his own "circle", and possibly this person was more into the glamour and trappings that surround being with a man of Edward's stature in life? Oh well, guess we'll have to wait and see.
Even though Edward is aware that he is a very attractive desirable man, it seems as if he is cautious--not quite sure what a woman's motives for being with him truly are. Are they after his money, power, and presumed "standing" in high society, or do they wish to know Edward the man--the man he presents without all the trappings. Since Edward seems to be a man that shuns the spotlight for the sake of the spotlight, it will be interesting to see how he handles the idea thatI think he could definitely discern between the two types of women as evidenced by his reaction to Jane. Actually, how extremely rude of Jane to blantly interrupt an intimate moment between Edward and Bella. I could be reading more into than necessary, but it almost felt as if Jane did not envision Isa to have the ability to fully engage with a man such as Edward. I doubt we have seen the last of Jane.
I chuckled to myself when Edward's sister-in-law insuiated that Emmett questioned whether Edward was a homosexual. Gee, if a man is sensitive and seen involved in the arts, whether it be in dance, music, or painting , or if they are not out chasing tail searching for a new conquest every week, their sexuality often comes into play. It's no wonder that they artists are viewed as tortured soles. Just because Edward is comfortable in his love of the arts in no reflects his total self. It seems obvious that Edward has an edge, but he is much more reserved, and does not feel the need nor desire to seek validation for who he is. Why bother attempt to explain to other's that function in a simplistic manner. Nothing against his family, but Edward definitely dances to the beat of a different drummer, and thank goodness Isa seems to recognize that. Since Edward seems to shun the spotlight, I guess he is going to have a somewhat difficult time with sharing his relationship with the media and his family. The family will be an easier go, but the media at often times demands to be told, and if not given a small bone, tend to embellish.
I am so looking forward to the next chapter and to see where you take this story. I tend to get realy verbose, so I hope I haven't bored you with this review.

I was enthralled by your insight and adored the length of your review. I love how you are able to dig deep into a character that I, myself am still discovering. Edward does have some secrets that have to do with how he is and his reaction to women. I'm not sure if you noticed, but when Bree touched his arm he was very quick to remove her. He's wary and a little Jaded, which is why I made my Isa such a contrast. He likes to hide away from everything, keeping his thoughts and secrets close to his chest. So it would seem that the more research Edward conducts with regard to Daddy/Little Girl relationships, has awakened something in him that was obviously lying dormant beneath the surface just waiting for the right person to come along and explore it with. Also, it seems like a win/win situation for Isa. She can embark on a romance all the while beginning to explore some of her buried desires. Their exploration and establishing boundries with regard to this relationship will definitely make for some good chapters ahead.
It is interesting to note that Edward seems so intuned to what Isa is searching for. He realizes that she is a strong, independent, self-reliant woman; however, at the same time he recognizes her desire, or shall we say need, to be protected and watched over but also allowed to go a little crazy while knowing someone is there to reel her in.
I am enjoying the fact that you are laying alot of ground work with regard to the chapters. Instead of just jumping into the "smut" so to speak, the chapters are being rolled out as one would embrace a new relationship. Slowly and surely which allows us, the readers, to get a glimpse of their backgrounds and revealing what makes them tick, and thus which makes us understand why they would want to embrace a relationship such as is. Hope that makes some sense. I know what I want to say, but I am having difficulty finding the proper verbiage.
Anyways, once again I am enjoying this story and look forward to the upcoming chapters. Cannot wait to see where you take these two.

Votre histoire semble vraiment bonne mais ce premier chapitre est tellement dur à lire.
J'utilise Google Translate pour la traduction française. Le chapitre 1 et 3 ont le même problème, une fois qu'ils sont traduits par Google Translate, le chapitre en entier devient un seul paragraphe, c'est difficile à lire. J'ai vérifié toutes vos histoires et les chapitres semblent être tous ok. Seulement le chapitre 1 et 3 de cette histoire ont ce problème.
Peut-être si cela est possible, laisser plus d'interligne entre chaque paragraphe, cela règlerait peut-être le problème. Sûrement qu'il y a d'autres personnes comme moi qui lisent avec Google Translate.
J'aime beaucoup le début de votre histoire, je suis juste déçue de lire un gros paragraphe! Votre histoire est facile à lire avec Google vu que il n'y a pas de faute, sinon ce ne serait pas possible.
Je lis sur mon Ipad donc je suis incapable de laisser des review avec twcs. Mais je me reprend le lendemain sur mon ordinateur portable. The age difference in my story is as high as I usually write (Who's Your Papi was 12 and Come What May was over 15). so it isn't that much of a big deal, but in certain situations—i.e. when a multimillionaire is dating a younger woman people like to blow things out of proportion. PERFECT!!! I think I found my new favorire-can't-wait-to-read-the-next-chapter fic!!!! It been a while since I had tha and I'm so excited!! They are so grea together! wow!!! This story seems amazing!! I love how it starts! It is so different from "who's your papi" but I think I'm falling for this Edward! He was so intrigued with Isa!! What is his story? Okay then, another really intriguing chapter. I am very happy that you are definitely setting a slow pace here (and I do not mean that in a derogatory fashion), but in that you are laying the goundwork--giving us glimpses into some of their history, familial background, and most definitely some of their personality characteristics. It is obvious from their conversation in the dog park, and well as some of Edward's internal musings, that neither of them are what one would could call a pushover. I think it might be interesting to see them battle for control. It does not seem that Isa is going to give up her control easily, nor does it seem like Edward will not continue to attempt to wrestle the reins from Isa. Oh what a lovely challenage this will be. Of course, I could be completely wrong.
I guess Isa will not be accompanying Edward to the benefit since it seems she might be a participant in providing the musical entertainment for the evening??? Did I guess that wrong?
Being upfront as he was with regard to not always being available, either emotionally or physically, certainly head off at the pass furture misunderstandings between the two of them. Of course, that not to say their will not be areas of miscommunication or misundertanding on either of their part's, but clearing up said deed can always make for some interesting "making up sessions". LOL.
Another good chapter. BTW, I noticed that you have signed up for the SU4K Cause. I donated when the cause was first announced, and now I see that you are donating your talents as well. The details surrounding K's situation are so heart wrenching; and I feel that what the Fandom is doing is wonderful. I look forward to reading your entry.

Yes, both my characters like to be in control, and I'll have fun with it on both sides. You'll have to wait and see concerning the benifit, but you won't be disappointed. I hate adding unnecessary drama, but that doesn't mean they won't be drama. I have to keep things interesting, ya know? I am writing for SU4K. She personally asked me to, and she has always been a good reviewer of mine, so I barely hestitated to write what she requested. Until next week
