I'm loving this! During the whole talk he gave to Bella about how he helped a rape victim, I kept thinking but you're forcing her to sleep with you! as controlling n stalkerish that his behaviour and actions are, somewhere in there i feel are the best of intentions .. he seems to have really fallen for bella and in an attempt to keep her safe has crossed the line. difficult to know how he couldve done it better and still kept her safe. perhaps he shldve introduced himself so that she couldve gotten to know him a bit. his actions seem a bit extreme but he seems to have developed this trait for a reason.

Why did Edward not just start dating Bella? I know he said that she lived and owrked in a bad part of town but why not introduce himself, into her some where and then ask her out. I know that Bella did not go many places for Edward to met her but what about the grocery. Does not make sense to me.
