I can only imagine the nervousness Isabella was experiencing while she waded through her thoughts and feelings as Lady Cullen explained her sons intentions. She was correct in describing herself as young in age but not in the ways of her heart and the years of family duty.
I'm surprised though that Master Edward would request the formality of addressing him be more personal so soon into their understanding.
Esme must be ecstatic.

So glad that Bella is not really putting up a fight with staying at the Cullens. Loved that Edward and Esme are showering her with gifts. I just knew that at some point in the story that Edward would give her a doll!!!!!! Love it.

She's opening without noticing and he called her love!!! I wonder if she will realize that? Or him? ;)

It has to be very hard for her to follow the doctors orders, but I'm sure the whole family will be keeping close eye that she does.

Bella's having to many emotional moments, Edward's being so adorable to her that will be difficult for her to resist.

I love this story so much! And the historical aspect is amazing. I'm a bit of a Victorian history nut, and I actually discovered this story while part of a group that rode penny farthings and vintage safety cycles across the South Island of NZ, as authentically Victorian as possible (right down to replica, steel-boned corsets, which are actually more comfortable than a bra). But I love how authentic you've kept this story, including the part with the Queen. Perhaps as an outtake, you could do Esme talking with the Queen about Isabella, and then some sort of whistful statement that lets the Queen know Esme is playing Cupid? :) or you could do the letters (or attempts, I can see Edward throwing away a lot because he doesn't know what to say) between E and I while he's away....just a thought. 

PS, I live in a town called Oamaru in New Zealand, which has a living history town from the Vict Era, which I have a lot to do with. So if you want any assistance with the facts or whatever, don't be afraid to ask...I'm not sure how TWCS works in terms of private messages like Fanfiction.net, but if you want help just ask in an authors note and I could post a review with my email address or something? Not sure...but keep writing because I'm itching to read the rest of this!! :)

I am so glad that we do not have the same annoying mourning issues. Seriously - mourn someone for a year? Talk about a depressing 12 months.
