I do not know if anyone has ever told you this, but you are an amazing writer. I have been reading this trilogy for a while and I always look forward to the next chapter. I have reread the first one twice.
I just felt that you deserve koodos for what you do. I have read hundreds or stories and few match the quality you continuously post. I love mob stories and yours is so realistic and enticing, I have not found one mob story that comes even close.
Well, I just thought that you should know that you have at least on admirer of you writing skills and a fan that always looks forward to your chapters.

Yes I recognized the Maisanos. Awesome mix! I really enjoyed this chapter. I am not sure what people would complain about. These characters are not Boy Scouts. I expect them to be a part of all kinds of distasteful things from time to time. I do hate it that Sonny is addicted to coke, but it happens, especially in the world they live in where it to so accessible. And in this particular situation he got lucky that Maggie was on her own high, and that he had Damion to calm him on the ride home; otherwise it could have all been a recipe for disaster. I thought it was a great chapter!

I don't know, some of your updates were much more heavy duty than this one. I know Sonny almost messed up, but he didn't....so I am not upset with him, but he does need to get some help with the yak. Such an amazing twist... And I really like the fact that Sonny is an addict, because that's the reality for a lot of people. I also like the fact that Sonny and Maggie's true love is set against real problems that would tear a weaker relationship apart.
As to Dame - I'm so glad he's growing up, gaining a mature appreciation of his brother & no longer obsessing over Maggie! While I'd love for Dame to take that Las Vegas contract off Sonny's hands - if his HEA is to walk the straight and narrow as a good doctor - then more power too him...
Of course if can find a way to balance the doctor & mobster - that'd be awesome too...

This story is heavy drama, wonderfully written heavy drama. But I am continually amazed at how much I laugh when reading it too. But poor Damion; he was actually happy, maybe for the first time since he was like three? Gotta wonder if that is all ruined for him now. I really don't think that the whole mafia thing was a major deal breaker for Jordan or she would have asked sooner. I think? But now she thinks everything he said is a lie, and I think that is not really because he lied about the family but because she has doubted everything he said all along and has been expecting it to all be lies in the end. I am stunned and always in awe of the creativity of this, and your other stories. This chapter in particular seems to set up something. You said so in your opening A/N and I wonder if you meant the upcoming trip to the desert by Sonny and Aro. Heidi is in wit/sec and needs to go....I see that...The dynamic between brothers Sonny and Damian continues to be multi-layered and changeable. I always get so emotionally invested here and totally gravitate toward Damion. I'm hopeful for he and Jordan's relationship if she chooses to listen to his side of things....I'm glad he's out of the business for now and hope he stays out. The talk about addiction he gave Sonny was intense. It was from both a brother's and a doctor's point of view. Sonny seems to have heard at least some of it....well done, once again! Kylie is hilarious! I wish Sonny would chill a bit; I get that he's stressed but it's not Maggie's fault and he acts like a tool when he's high. I love how he realizes that he can be the real Dame, the boy underneath the bad-ass facade, the mask that he needs when he's around Skip's business. Lexi - Another great chapter. Did I tell you I do a little happy dance when I see an update. Anyway, the Sonny Maggie thing is getting kind of volatile. She is so young and he is under so much stress.
I love how much edward and damion are communicating now. And I do relaly like the dynamic of the sons and the father together. I liked the Jordan angle for damion and I am a little disappointed that it might be over. I liked it becuase Jordan is smart and it would be a challenge for the Cullen men to be around someone so educated. I love Bella and Alex but they aren't uber smart like Jordan is. I don't think that came out right - she is a different kind of smart than the regular woman that the cullen men have to deal with.

I just read this chapter for the second time, and all the funny lines were just as funny the second time. Awesome! I think I am obsessed with these characters. I am glad that Maggie got on Sonny about the coke. He should not do that crap. He has to learn to delegate and work as much as possible when she is at school. He needs to make sure he leaves at least 2 hours every evening for her, but Maggie is so clueless. How could she think things not change? He can't stay home and fuck her all day long. He has to work and she knows a lot of that work is done in the evenings. He was given a break when they first got together for some early nights. Maggie has changed. thanks for showing us the real side to Sonny and Maggie! thanks for showing the chinks in their armor! I love how Sonny is when he's with Maggie! He loves her and can show a side he can't with anyone else, except maybe his mom, and the only mildly....I love how Maggie is intuitive and speaks her mind with him. this chapter was all about them, all the facets of their relationship! I wonder who was the woman that called her? I know Sonny will find out....I'm not sure he will quit the coke, though. Maybe he wants to, but don't think he will....there's more trouble ahead with that if he doesn't....Thanks so much for another riveting chapter. I mourn the day that the Storm saga ends....I hope there is a movie or series of movies made about this one day!! I think it's that good! Keep on writing, Lexi. You're very good at it!!

Yay we are back to my man Sonny. Well he is not mine....I wish. I love him to death too bad he is a character in a story and not a figure in the real world. Wow so I guess the honeymoon phase is over huh. It couldn't last forever. It can't because Sonny is not your average 9 to 5 Joe who works in an office. He's a hustler and has to chip in his share to the thing. Maggie has had to grow up real fast in order to keep up with him. But in this chapter we see she is still that naive 18 year old girl with stars in her eyes. Her expectations were unrealistic. Maybe she didn't have the big picture of who he was when they got together but she still knew more than Bella did in the beginning. She will grow and mature it will just take time. She is spoiled because Sonny spoiled her rotten to make up for her parents being so cheap. She is going to always expect things to be the way it was in the beginning. That is why it is called the honeymoon phase. I am glad they talked everything out and she recognized her shortcomings as well and communicated her fears to Sonny. You don't know how much I want these two to outshine everyone because they had so much shit thrown at them. When they rise above all this drama it will be a big FU to all the haters. Leave the poor girl alone about the baby issue for real. When I was 18 I was concerned about finishing high school not having babies. I can see where she is coming from. It seems like everyone is pressuring her to have a baby now. I hope this doesn't become a much bigger issue than it is right now. Hopefully things will get better from here but who knows life in the Storm series is unpredictable. The rest of the cast of characters are hilarious. The winner being Ed Sr. Can't wait for the drama to unfold. Love ya to death and the Storm Series.

I read and I always review once I learned how to, lol........this was "great as always" I loved it.....However if I was Maggie I'd invite my parnets alone and have fun when the others where there, and her outburst did shock me......The Skip and Damion are my favorites so I'm extra excited for the next chapter.....Waiting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lexi...your fucking rock. The first part of the chapter was making me nervous with Sonny and Maggie and I love them both and she was right... and hopefullly he will get OFF the yak. They really love one another and hope it gets better for them...bur grandpa....he is so wonderful and the limo ride....I thought I would die from laughing.
